Gazillionaire was inspired by a beautiful Swedish bun had in Edinburgh, it reminded Brett of a family recipe with cardomon and vanilla. We thought it wass a great idea for a beer. White milk stout with vanilla & cardomom.

This smooth, dark roasted stout with a touch of brine and a big frothy head makes a fantastic addition to your plate of oysters. Notes of roasted coffee and nuts adds a nice counterbalance to the brine undertones.

HERE AS LONG AS THE LEAVES ARE. In 1995, we crafted our first autumn seasonal—Pumpkin Ale. At the time, Oktoberfest beers were in high demand. For our version, we wanted to create a beer that was a little different than what was already out there and complemented the season by highlighting the flavors we’ve all grown to love during this time. It was so popular that it became the first nationally available pumpkin ale. Harvest Pumpkin Wheat, as it’s called now, is crafted with pumpkin and spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice for a taste you’ll want to fall right into.

Dry Hopped Pilsner germanic Pilsner we brewed with ours Friends at Other Half. Same recipe as their Crystal Waves with a slight change to the water profile, and, as you might expect from us, its bottle and keg conditioned. Lagered for a full 8 weeks and bottle conditioned with champagne yeast makes it an pretty beautiful crispy little beer.

Blood Orange IPA

Our chocolate stout is a stout drinker’s stout, coming in at 7.25% abv. The aromas of dark chocolate, roasted malts, and espresso will greet you as you lift the glass. The mouthfeel is thick and rich and the flavors meld together perfectly as it finishes smooth with a hint of sweetness. Full bodied, full of flavor, and full of seduction.

NE style IPA brewed with Oats, Wheat & Pilsen malt to create a light bodied IPA with maximum haze. Whirlpool and double dry hop of El Dorado, Mosaic & Motueka hops gives a pungent nose and smooth bitterness.
