An Amber Farmhouse Ale brewed with Styrian Aurora, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, and UK East Kent Golding hops.

The idea behind the name is that you can count: one one thousand, two one thousand, three one thousand before you notice any heat from the habanero peppers. Balanced malt and hop bitterness on the front end. Subtle heat on the back end.

St. Tuber is our Belgian Style Abbey Ale (or Dubbel) brewed with local NC sweet potatoes and whole cloves! We age a portion of this beer in bourbon barrels each year and instead of keeping it all to ourselves, we decided to share this very special beer with you. Reminiscent of Grandma's sweet potato pie, we think you'll agree, this beer is truly one-of-a-kind!

Mornington’s latest addition to their IPA family, Hop culture has been created to fit snuggly between the Pale ale and the IPA. Hop culture is an approachable IPA using Equinox and Citra hops creating a fruit-bomb aroma. A lean palate, medium bitterness, aromas of lemon, citrus and mango.

The next iteration of our barrel aged coffee project is another special version of Broken Dream Breakfast Stout. We've aged green beans sourced by Tamp Culture and aged them in Rum barrels for around 6 months. The barrel aged coffee has then replaced the usual Sumatran we use in the beer.

Saucy Red is an American style red ale that comes in packaging likely to reignite debate about sexism in marketing, but inside the tin chooses to strut its stuff by way of three US hop varieties: Calypso, Simcoe and Amarillo. Yet it’s not just hops, hops, hops. If someone told you he’d added Redback, Shepherd’s Delight and Toffee you may think he’s either gone mad or turned into a witch – or both – but those are, in fact, all varieties of malt and the purpose of them is to add the red colour and a chewy malt sweetness. There's a touch of rye in there too, so expect a little spiciness atop this saucy number.

For years watermelons have been slammed with sledgehammers, launched from catapults, and worn as helmets. We’re giving watermelons the respect they deserve. Session Watermelon Wheat is brewed with watermelon for a crisp, refreshing beer that smells and tastes like a slice of summer. Respect at last! A refreshing wheat beer with the mouth-watering aroma of fresh watermelon, that has a medium malt body with subtly sweet watermelon flavor and a crisp wheat finish. Brewed with 2-row Northwest Pale, Malted Wheat, and Unmalted Wheat, Hallertauer and Crystal hops, and watermelon. The perfect brew for the blue-sky days of spring and summer drinking.

A bright mix of sweet malt and fruity notes on the nose combined with a palate that is both sweet and bitter with a touch of spice, caramel and orange peel.

In this brew, lightly toasted malts with subtly spicy hops blend into cinnamon flavors and creamy lactose sugar. Their coalescence is so uncannily close to fresh baked cinnamon rolls that it was impossible to name this beer anything other than Cinnamon Roll Imperial Ale! Pairs perfectly with eggs benedict at brunch, after dinner, or next to the fire for an unforgettable nightcap.
