Inspired by the LIthuanian spirit Krupnikas, a mead infused with spices.

Mean Squeeze is a 7% ABV New England-style IPA brewed with pilsner malt and oats. Featuring Denali and Galaxy hops, this hazy and juicy IPA has pineapple, citrus and pine notes.

Nothing beats that sweet spot as winter gives way to summer, so we put that feeling in a beer! This German sour ale becomes a spring favorite with the addition of the bright flavors of passionfruit. Tartness from the the kettle-souring with Lactobacillus gives the beer the same crisp , dry, refreshing quality as a warm spring afternoon.

Our first blonde ale with 144 pounds of real strawberry added. Light, bright, and refreshing.

Tea sours combine the intensity of sours with the calm of tea. The base beer is our sour sparkling ale - fermented with a blend of wild wine yeast, brettanomyces, and lactobacillus. Next we add a blend of hibiscus and chamomile teas - creating a refreshingly tart and aromatically complex beer. Notes of bright red fruits, honest and pineapple. Blur the line between beer and wine (and tea!).

Berliner Weisse with Blackberry and Raspberry. This electric Berliner Weisse strikes the perfect balance of tart and sweet with its additions of Raspberries and Blackberries.

Northeast style American IPA brewed with Centennial, Cascade, and dry hopped Citra. Cloudy be design. This beer features notes of bitter grapefruit.

Named after the standard NFL pressure for footballs...because Tom Brady had to play with the "feel" of his balls in 2015.

Named after the American River in the pre-prohibition style that inspires this beer. It is a clean, crisp, brilliantly clear lager the packs much more flavor than you might expect. Soft malt and slight sweetness in the delicate aroma mingle with the subtle, floral hops. A high percentage of corn lends to a perception of sweetness and a respectable level of hop bitterness and flavor that harken back to pre-prohibition days. This is a substantial Pilsner that at the same time is approachable and flavorful.

Formerly Cameron's Cream Ale On clear nights, it seems as if you can reach out and touch the stars. Cosmic Cream Ale is the perfect companion for idyllic, curious nights beneath the constellations. Brewed with a cosmic blend of European hops for a fruity and floral backbone, this ale is fermented warm then laid to rest at a cold, lagering temperature. The result is an elegant golden ale which is crisp, balanced and refreshing.

Moly Coffee Stout, A Mexican spiced coffee stout, this beer has a beautifully bitter espresso flavor to complement the sweet and spicy Mole syrup kick. Hola at ya boy!

"When poured into the glass you will instantly sense that Hr. Frederiksen is a gentleman with both potency and a huge personality. Dark as Hr. Frederiksen's humor, this imperial stout is inspired by the American imperial stouts with it's dense and creamy light brown head that leaves nice lacings in the glass while the head reluctantly dissipates. We are willing to admit that we went crazy with the malts in this beer. A massive 8 different types of malts were used, and it is the dark and heavily roasted ones that give the beer it's color and almost extreme full body - this is almost a meal in a bottle. The bitterness is also delivered by the heavily roasted malts backed up by the American Centennial hops. Oh yes, Hr. Frederiksen is an experience which should be enjoyed slowly, but in return he will last all night warming you with his alcohol and challenging charm. We have named this beer after a good friend, without whom, Amager Bryghus would not be what it is today.
