Bière de Mars translates literally to ‘March Beer’, a seasonal ale fermented through winter and celebrating spring. The style originated in nineteenth-century northeast France, but we set out here to brew our own take with Naparbier, inspired by the use of flowers in modern Spanish cooking. The result is an aromatic farmhouse ale with delicate chamomile, floral, hibiscus and sharp citrus notes. Perfectly suited to a crisp spring day.

The Golden Blend is made with 4 year old Lambic that accounts for 25 % of it’s contents, the rest of the blend is made up by a 'secret' combination of 1, 2 and 3 year old Lambic. The exact mixture is only known by the master-blender Armand himself. The name 'Golden Blend' is not far away from the truth, in fact, the 4 years of maturation in oak-wooden barrels is making this particular Lambic very expensive. Due to the 'evaporation' through the barrels, only a small percentage of the lambic is left over after 4 years of maturing. The 2015 version (bottle date 12/03/2014) has 7.5% ABV (although some labels say 6%)

A very dark and entirely unique holiday seasonal beer, at a whopping 10% alc. by volume. Reportedly spiced with honey, caramel, coriander, black pepper, and other secret ingredients. The alcohol content probably goes a long way toward explaining that very warm and satisfied feeling one finds on the very first sip. A rich, dark-flavored beer with lots of deep-roasted chocolate malt, but still fairly dry, with a hint of sourness at the core. It is very spicy, with some winter spruce flavor in the bargain. The wild yeast sourness also adds to its welcoming character.

Unlike previous anniversary beers, ALL Fruet is 100% bourbon barrel-aged.

American IPA brewed with the highest quality 2-row spring barley and a variety of hops producing pungent tropical fruit and citrus flavors like orange and papaya with big notes of resiny pine and hints of black tea.

Brewed with New York Blueberries and Brettanomyces, LeBleu is a blend of barrels filled in 2007, 2008, and 2009. It’s finished in the bottle with Champagne yeast. Enjoy the dusty rose appearance, mouthwatering aroma of ripe berries, piquant flavor and quick finish.

Moon Froot. What does that even mean? No one knows what it means, but it's provocative. It gets the people going! Our hazy New England Style IPA has all the juicy, tropical fruit aromas and flavors you would expect from this exciting style.

Ola Dubh (or "Black Oil") is so named because it is gloopy and viscous. This limited release has been matured in casks from Orkney’s award-winning Highland Park distillery to add complimentary whisky notes to what is already an amazing brew. It is chocolatey with a roasty, bittersweet aftertaste. Special Reserve 18, whisky notes: Highland Park 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky was named Best Spirit in the World by F. Paul Pacult; it offers toffee sweetness, almond nuttiness and a prolonged, smoky aftertaste.

In the dark of the middle ages, the Dutch first made genever, the earliest form of gin. During the Thirty Years’ War, the British appreciated the calming effect gin had on soldiers heading into battle, dubbing it "Dutch courage." Origin elevates cider by adding something new but familiar, like a phoenix rising from the ashes of war. Elements of juniper and citrus peel, followed by angelica root and coriander, impart the best of gin's complex flavors to our crisp, dry cider.

Our Raspberry Picker originates from the hockey term, Cherry Picker. Raspberry Picker is brewed with fresh raspberries, whole vanilla beans and lactose. Hints of subtle raspberry with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel make this beautifully balanced beer a perfect complement to most desserts.

Rich coffee and caramel flavors with a slight sweetness only matched by creamy coconut. Aged in Oak Rum barrels for 9 months.

Saison du Swamp invaded by Brettanomyces Our coveted saison starts off with a traditional saison yeast, giving it aromas of pepper and white fruits and a lingering finish with a hint of floral hops. To weave some funk into this already tangled tapestry of flavors, we decided to iintroduce Brettanomyces Buxellensis. This wild yeast strain known as "Brett" has thrown in a pleasant earthy barnyard funk. You will also find a refreshingly dry finish with a soft residual sweetness left behind by the orange blossom honey in this funky and new version of an old Swamp Head classic.

A deep-colored rich and delicious porter brewed with Canadian hemp seed and a bit of barley malt that has been smoked over a fire of peat moss. This is truly a taste sensation wrapped in a glass. This small-batch brew is in very limited quantity.

Throw on your favorite pair of checkered Vans bud, let's party! Brewed with Columbus, Eureka, Simcoe, Strata & Exp. 07270 hops to provide a juicy nose and a dank finish with hints of pine and resin throughout. This beer has a touch of toasted rye, spelt, oats, and wheat malt for plenty of body. Pairs perfectly with a dry mouth.

This decadent Chocolate Abbey Ale is a lovely trifle for your senses. Brewed with a proprietary Belgian yeast and English Maris Otter Malt it is smooth and rich. Inspired by a recent tour of Europe and brewed with chocolate we enjoyed there. Subtle Segal Ranch hops promote the rich dark chocolate flavors of this rather strong Dubbel. Best served at 48 °F.
