The homesteaders who settled our town of Mason, Ohio took a leap of faith in pursuit of a dream. At 16 Lots we are following in their footsteps. With the final installment of our Flagship Series, we raise a glass of the Homestead Amber in tribute. This beer begins its trek with a sweet nuttiness and a hint of biscuit. Smoothly meandering through raisins and prunes, the Homestead reaches the final destination with a perfect blend of caramel and toffee. It’s good to be home!

This Summer Ale has low bitterness and is full of fruity, crisp character. The hoppy passionfruit/citrus aroma comes from a blend of US Centennial and Australian Galaxy hops, added late in the brew house and dry to the fermenter.

Dialling in at 10g/L dry-hopping with Citra and Simcoe and an additional dosing of pineapple and white peach pureé, Touchstone offers stone-fruits and a soft malt profile for a magical experience.

Tropical Lager. Featuring Oat and Wheat Malt in addition to our house Golden Promise for a pale and smooth malty base; the beer uses Eureka, Citra and Simcoe hops in both whirlpool and dry-hopping for a juicy-fruit like flavour. Fermented with WLP940 ‘Mexican Lager’ yeast for a clean body and crisply moreish finish, perfect to chase away those winter blues…"

In their clandestine lab, in the wild of Yakima, the crew processed Mosaic + Simcoe hops into alpha acid pow pow. The Melvin posse inhaled deep, and the legend of the Hop Shocker was born.
