This Northeast-inspired Pale Ale is very well balanced between the malt and hops. The malt aromas and flavors of cereal and bread are balanced nicely by the aromas and flavors of the citrusy, earthy, and piney hops. The finish is dry and slightly tart, leaving you wanting more.

Session IPA featuring 100% experimental hop #06297 from Hopsteiner. Big flavors/aromas of cantaloupe, ripe orange, blueberry and vanilla. A very cool hop!

Oat-heavy IPA fermented 100% in oak with 2 different strains of brettanomyces. Generously dry hopped with mosaic, citra and eldorado hops. Rustic, tropical, slight kiss of acidity, bone dry finish.

We brewed with fresh-grated tangerine zest, local Michigan honey and Belgian Ale yeast. A new style for Jekyll, this is our Hop Dang Diggity with lemonade. Light and crushable, plenty of lemon, and the hops come through in the middle.

Unfiltered American IPA infused with Vodka Soaked Lime and Ginger. Ginger on the nose with the lime adding an additional tart bitterness, making a unique beer experience.

Where the Fraser Valley meets the Peaks of the coastal mountain range our fearless brewers traveled to the remote land of Chilliwack and discovered amazing local hops called Centennial; grow by www.ChilliwackHopFarms.com. The hop aromas of citrus and herb dance on the nose with the lightly toasted malt backbone of Gambrinus malting (located in Armstrong) to blend perfectly into our newest recipe; and Extra Pale Ale deserving of the Russell name.

This American red ale combines both American malt and Munich specialty malts to produce a style that bridges tradition and triumph. A malt forward, deep red style that has been gently hopped to create balance and cleanliness.

The bloody result from an epic cage match when combatants rub each other’s faces in the fencing around the squared circle. This dry-hopped Vienna lager brewed with specialty malts from Germany and hops from France and Slovenia will help ease the pain. It’s a deep amber lager with an assertive noble hop character.

This one-time-release American golden strong ale uses fresh fruit to complement the tropical flavors and aromas present in Citra hops. Guava, papaya & mango are added during secondary fermentation to create the dank, tropical fruit-forward profile of this beer.
