Orange blossom mead with blueberries and lemons

Taking notes from some of our favorite classic english bitters, we built the Braxton Labs English Pale Ale to be a hoppy pale ale with a complex, caramel forward malt bill. A layered malt bill of crystal malts and the bready Maris Otter create a backbone for the England-bred Fuggle hops to provide an earthy aroma and bitterness. Rounded out with a British Ale yeast that adds some subtle fruit esters, this beer is a nice example of the balanced bitters of the United Kingdom.

With a deep, dark body and a light tan foamy head, this chocolate forward imperial stout has the makings for a delicious dessert. Brewed with chocolate malt and cocoa nibs, this stout is sweet and delicate at it's core. But an addition of dried ancho chile peppers adds a light heat to balance and follows with a light warming alcohol note.

Bursting with a huge hop profile featuring New Zealand hop varieties of Green Bullett, Kohatu and Wakatu, this Imperial IPA has notes of fresh citrus, stone fruit, and light black pepper.

Freshly baked in the Lab, this tart, dessert-style berliner weisse is soured in our brew kettle for 18 hours with lactobacillus. It was sterilized by boiling with minimal hop addition and then fermented dry with a clean ale yeast. Additions of lactose in the boil, plus vanilla beans, graham crackers, cinnamon and 420 lbs of peach puree come together to create a sweet and tart berliner weisse that smells and taste like a peach cobbler!

A hefty dose of freshly-minced ginger added to the boil is in the forefront, garnished with a hint of fresh mint and the juices of lemon and lime rounding out the flavor profile - a gentle burn from the ginger pairs beautifully with its bright acidity, bringing together a harmonious marriage of flavors.

The Wild Mountain Pecan Blossom honey is real dark looking like molasses, and has a deep rich honey flavor; and just may be the best honey I’ve ever had. In the finished mead the sweetness has an almost carmel like character. Only 47 bottles released
