It’s easy to understand how Skol is Brazil's most popular beer. Traditional German Dunkelweizen When you bring this beer to your nose you may pick up a hint of clove and some grainy sweetness. Wisps of spicy chocolate swirl around your mouth combining with fluffy wheat and yeasty esters. Mild, intriguing and effortlessly drinkable.

“Slawn-cha” – Gaelic for “cheers” Less heavy than your typical stout, with a smooth chocolate finish. Non stout drinkers will be pleasantly surprised with this ale.

Charleston is a pretty kickass place to live if you ask us, and that's thanks to a lot of little kickass details. We've honored some of those details in other beers - pluff mud, for example. When it came time to add a new regular beer to the roster, historic downtown came to mind, especially historic homes. There's one feature they all seem to share - a slanted porch. Because of the unstable, coastal land they all sit on, the porches (trust us, they ALL have porches) start to slant after years of the ground settling underneath them. Some slant a little, and some slant a lot, making no two porches the same, another one of those aforementioned details. Slanted Porch Pale Ale, like its namesake, will always be a little different. We've had our eye on a year-round pale ale, but we're not sticking to a single recipe. Expect an ABV ranging from 5% to 6%, and an ever-changing hop profile. The first batch will clock in around 5.6% ABV, with Centennial and Citra hops used in the kettle and Cascade for dry-hopping.

A true Bavarian style Doppel (Double) Bock specially brewed with only imported Munich Malts that provide this Bier with intense, yet exceptionally smooth dark caramel and molasses flavors. The huge up front malt character has a wonderfully smooth strong alcohol presence that is balanced by imported Tettnanger Noble hops, making this bier incredibly rich and complex.

There are approximately 2000 of these beautiful creatures left in the wild, and endemic to the Western Cape. It’s greatest threat is the animal trade and habitat destruction. Recent fires on the farm Bartholomeus Klip killed many of these animals.

A rich, chocolaty English Porter with a clean finish. We use the finest floor-malted Maris Otter malts from England, the same malts used for the best single-malt scotch. A portion of malted rye gives a spicy, slightly dry finish.

Arguably our most well-balanced beer, Small Craft Warning seems at once hop-forward and malt-forward; our brewers debate over which flavor force prevails in the beer. Small Craft exemplifies a robust pilsner—it’s crisp, well-carbonated, and slightly sweet. The beer is characterized by a firm malt backbone and a pronounced hop character. A fine aroma, from an array of hops, completes this quaffable beer.

"Holy Hop, Batman, this beer has aroma." Hops are casted nine different times, it’s a breath-deep-and-shudder-with-pleasure kind of scent that’s all from the Citra hops. With a high alpha acid of 11%, Citra has a cacauphony of flavours and aromas --Citrus, passion fruit, grapefruit, lime, melon, lychee fruit, pineapple, mango, and papaya – and dominates this beer. Smashbombs olfactory tropical explosion shockwaves your face every time you lift the meringue foam towards you. It’s like the ecru-coloured top of a beer pie before it gives up and grips the glass. You can see the Victory malt’s signature in the amber lights in what is primarily a deep golden beer. And, yes, don’t be fooled --there’s malt going on here, too, as you’ll see in the firey body of this ale that makes Smashbomb Atomic look like it radiates its own energy. With the first taste, Smashbomb’s 70 IBUs are pronounced. This brew is a little bitter, but bitter like a grapefruit with three tablespoons of sugar on top. It’s also incredibly drinkable. The oddity that’ll keep you tipping the glass is that as this citrus peel front subsides, you actually gleen the sweet flavours of the Victory and Crystal malts. Then, as the bread-puddin’ bicuity sweetness of the malts are chased by the dry, tropical flavour of Citra and the fruit punch bouquet is all in your face with each sip, it’s all is so damn intriguing, you’ll be driven to keep on sampling...and sampling.
