A collaboration between Mikkeller and Cigar City, bottled by Mikkeller. This is described as a Belgian style ale brewed with Papaya and Mango and aged in Grand Marnier barrels. It's ingredients include water, malts, brewing sugar, Citra and Simcoe hops, papaya, mango, and brettanomyces claussii yeast.

Inspired by and sourced from the wild world down under, Taz IPA is 'chockers' with some of the world's greatest hops. Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops from Australia and New Zealand combine to offer savage bitterness and a touch of fruitiness.

Our signature citrusy New England style IPA. Citra hops impart bright orange notes with light tropical undertones and finishes with a pithy grapefruit zest.

The O’so Extreme Beer series is our take on very limited production wood aged fine beers. These ultra premium beers are released only when we feel they are ready, and not a minute sooner. Some of them age for months, some of them years. Some of these will never be made again, some of them might be. We are always working on new Extreme Beers.

Belgian-style session ale

This India Pale Lager infuses the complexity of our lagers with the addition of American West Coast hops. Simcoe Hops provide a pronounced piney aroma, while the Amarillo Hops provide the citrus aroma. A perfect harmony in a classic rendition of this new-school style.

With a malty yet sweet taste and an aroma of clove and banana, this beer is light and refreshing. It has a light to medium body with high carbonation.

M:71 Y: 0 C:0 K:0 For this year’s Mr. Pink we’ve looked east – east coast of the US and Eastern Europe. Mixing one of Russia’s favourite ingredients- the beet- with our all time favourite New England characteristic – juiciness. The result is a real juicy and really pink beet IPA.

Originating in England in the 19th century, Barley Wine is a strong style of ale. Our Smokehouse Barley Wine has a rich toasted malt character with a smooth and warming effect when drank. THe big malt character is counterbalanced with the addition of a nice hop bitterness. It has a smoky brown color to it. With a mellow cherry wood smoked aroma and flavor, this is a beer to enjoy in the cold months to come.

Pineapple Under the Pale Sea Before drinking this beer ask yourself “Is Mayonnaise an Instrument?” A New England Inspired Pale Ale, this beer is upfront with Pineapple, Citrusy, and Tropical Hop aromas, followed by a light brininess. Crisp Salt upfront with hints of Guava, and Satsuma that mellow into oat malt and finishes with Pineapple hop notes. At the end of every sip this beer leaves your palette saying “I’m ready, I’m ready, I’m ready” for another drink. This IPA delivers a sweet Pineapple, Mango nose with tropical flavors courtesy of a carefully selected house Brettanomyces yeast strain. Blond, full bodied, deceptively drinkable.

The orange on the label isnt deceiving. Reminds of Tree House Julius, but that's tough to match and Julius is still king. Nice color and nice taste overall. Pour it into a pint glass to get the full aroma.

Feeling the need for adventure? So does this Renegade take on a classic American Pale Ale. The use of citra hops give this bright ale a citrus and floral nose that moves into a bold, yet dry, finish. Free to Roam is a refreshing and juicy take on a Pale Ale that is sure to insight a wanderlust and adventurous side, while kicking back with old (or new) friends.

Jack Straw is a golden sour ale which ferments and ages in oak barrels in the CBC Barrel Cellar. Brewed with 100% pilsner malt and lightly hopped, it’s remarkably light and refreshingly tart with awesome tropical fruit character.
