Warp & Weft

Warp refers to the threads that run north-south in fabric, while Weft refers to the threads that run east-west. They are woven together to create cloth, something altogether greater than the sum of its parts. Last year's version was a berliner weisse aged for 3 months in tequila barrels. This year's version is a mixed fermentation that utilized lactic acid bacteria and sacchromyces, in addition to several strains of brettanomyces, and was then aged for 12 months in tequila barrels.
