A dark ruby brown top fermented ale that strikes the perfect balance between gentle carmalized malt taste, a subtle bitterness of hops and delicate notes of herbs.

Cerveza was awarded a Silver Medal at the New York International Beer Competition 2018. It is brewed with pilsner malt, flaked maize, El Dorado hops, and Mexican lager yeast. A clean, refreshing, light-bodied lager.

A refreshing Summer style naturally conditioned ale that delivers tropical fruit notes with a distinct dry hop character and mild bitterness. The hops have been added at different stages of brewing for both bitterness and aroma, with the addition of dry hopping for enhancement of flavour and character. One of the things that give our ales that unique Coopers flavour and cloudy appearance is a process called natural conditioning. To achieve this, we add a small amount of live yeast to our beer just before canning. This causes a secondary fermentation in the can, which carbonates the beer and eliminates the need for any preservatives or additives.

Double Dry Hopped Double Mosaic Dream is our standard Double Mosaic dry hopped a second time with a mosaic lupulin powder. Lupulin powder is a new hop product that is similar to our standard hops but with all the extra plant filler stripped away. It’s pure hops and it’s awesome.

Double India Pale Ale. Intense Fruitiness, unfined, hazy.

Dangerously smooth and drinkable, Double Knot is the bigger brother of our IPA, Hop Knot. We actually used more than double the amount of hops that went into Hop Knot, but “Double-and-a-Third Knot” sounded weird, so we rounded down. Double Knot has a warming maltiness with a subtle caramel edge, but hops, added at seven different intervals during the brewing process, are the star of the show.

Brewed farmhouse style meaning aged with brettanomy, giving it a bready taste in addition to the tart blueberries. Think blurberry muffins but with a sour kick!

NEIPA

franconian keller lager Light orange hue, subtle maltiness, crip and delicate. Inspired by the unfiltered lager beers of Franconia, Germany.

In collaboration with Mexico City’s Cerveceria Primus, this agua fresca ale features hibiscus, agave, watermelon and lime for a fresh, vibrant sip. Inspired by the Mexican agua fresca tradition of fruit infused beverages.

Northern Haze is brewed with unmalted barley and wheat atop a blend of base malts to provide a full mouthfeel and a heavy haze. Fruit-forward ale yeast and ample additions of American and Southern Hemisphere hops provide aromatics of passion fruit, stone fruit, and berries.

Smooth and malty, with a lean towards the sweet side, this brew will satisfy any one.
