Easy drinking IPA complemented with farm grown lemon verbena. Crisp and light in body, this has enough hop flavor and bitterness to satisfy hops heads and is balanced enough for all.

Beecher, the founder of Waredaca farm, and namesake of our Beecher IPA, used to bring coffee to his wife, Marian, in bed every morning for the 60+ years they were married. If that doesn't warm your heart, our Coffee in Bed coffee IPA certainly will! Hopped with Simcoe hops, this 6% coffee IPA is also dry-hopped with a special light roast coffee from Mayorga Organics in Rockville, MD. Brewed with local malt from Mullinix Malting Company (25%), Coffee in Bed has aromas of resinous pine, earth and coffee Piney and dank on the palate with notes of coffee that pair well with the Simcoe hops. Oats and give this beer a soft mouthfeel while maintaining a dry finish.

FRESH FOURTEEN is the best combo of all we’ve done within this series so far. With an edge! For FRESH FOURTEEN we’re took a look at all previous FRESH recipes. Incl. the U.S made FRESH 13. We’ve looked at what works and what doesn't. The hop combo of Mosaic, Ekuanot and Citra sits at the forefront. The highest amount of hops we’ve ever used, was a given. Lupulin powder as second dry hop has always tasted nice. All in all, it’s FRESH FRESH FRESH! Embarking on a journey towards a super crisp, nicely sparkling and crushingly lush IPA, with loads of hops! That’s fresh! This is fresh! Gotta be fresh!

Metz has been a synonymous with beer drinking in Omaha for over 150 years. Nearly as old as the city itself, the Metz and Bros Brewery was established in Omaha in 1864 and operated very successfully until Prohibition. Following Prohibition, Metz Beer was reintroduced to the market by Fontennelle Brewing Co. of Omaha who, due to the success of the brand, changed their name to Metz Brewing Co. and continued to produce Metz Beer in Omaha until 1962. Infusion Brewing Co. is proud to resurrect the Metz name for our flagship Lager beer. Metz Jubilee is brewed in the Bavarian tradition using only four ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Hops and Yeast. This beer is a tribute to Omaha's Pioneer Brewers. Just say "Bottle of Metz Please!"

Finback/Hoof Hearted collab. Zombie inspired sour ale brewed with Hoof Hearted Brewing – It’s sour and fruity with pineapple, lime and passion fruit. Let’s go shell hunting and get our tiki on.

Riffing on the nickname for Atlanta (‘The A’) – we added a second A courtesy of our home city and then doubled up a pale ale into a kick-ass 9.5% ABV Double IPA. There is no messing around with this one; Double A is a down-the-pipes DIPA – big hits of resin, pine and grapefruit courtesy of Simcoe, Chinook, Centennial, Citra, Comet and Cascade hops.

In the spirit of Moses Cleaveland's thirst for discovery, our classic White Ale meets fresh, juicy raspberries to forge a pint worth planting a flag in (or an orange slice!) FLAVOR Refreshment or bust! Tart raspberry flavors mark our White Ale’s spicy, aromatic terrain.

This unique and staggeringly delicious rye IPA was brewed in collaboration with Sweden’s Stigbergets Bryggeri. We started with pilsner malt, malted & flaked oats, and flaked rye; fermented with London III yeast; and hopped with holy hell out of it with Nelson, Nugget, Cashmere, Citra, Cascade, & Centennial. This delicious Voltron formation of exceptional ingredients yielded a beer with big notes of apricot & white peach, up front, juicy mango & citrus in the finish, and a soft, pillowy body that is ultra-delightful. We think you’re going to dig it.

Eenie meenie, we chose this as our first nitrogenated beer ever! This beer is as creamy and smooth as its name. The nitrogen adds a creamy, soft mouthfeel to complement the sweet lactose and chocolaty roasty body of this rich stout.

This New England IPA pours a murky golden yellow color and has juicy charcters of appricot, melon, passion fruit, and pinnaple. It’s dry Hopped with a couple hops from down under: Vic Secret, and Austrailan Summer.
