1 celebrates the one-year anniversary of Offshoot Beer Co. A double dry-hopped 100% Citra double IPA brewed with Golden Promise, Flaked Wheat, Rolled Oats, 2 Row, and London III yeast.

One of the questions we still always get in the warmer months, is "What do you have for dark beer?" Most of the year we try and keep our draught list at the brewery taproom balanced. Trying to have on a mix of Hoppy, Belgian, Dark and Light beers, while at the same time remain interesting and new, can sometimes be a challenge. We decided to brew a throwback beer of sorts. A beer that could be lighter in body, while remaining full of flavor and a true expression of a style that you don't see that often. We brewed this Porter with a mix of traditional English malts and Hopped it traditionally with East Kent Goldings. Fermented at a lower temperature it really lets the malt shine though.

You know that feeling when you jump in the water on a hot, sunny day? That's this cider. Cool, crisp and refreshing, it's like a poolside afternoon for your taste buds. Freshly picked cucumbers straight from our garden combined with all local apples create an easy-drinking cider that will quench your thirst and leave you craving that next sip. Enjoy it straight or use it as a mixer. Try and savor it if you can, but be warned: this cider is completely crushable.

Himmlisch is brewed with pilsner and wheat malt, noble hops, and German yeast. A tart, refreshing, and light-bodied sour ale with a crisp and juicy acidity.

We took our amazing Alchemy Coffee Stout and made it bigger and better. This stout is brewed to pair the fruit notes of Alchemy’s cold brew with the velvety chocolate and roast of the dark malts. Vanilla beans added to the fermenter give this brew a slightly sweet finish and delightful aroma.

Brewed with real marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate and then aged in Scotch barrels to impart a slightly smokey, fresh toasted over a campfire flavor.

Sur Citra is a staple beer in the To Øl portfolio but what if we added more hops? Inspired by the tastiness of our Double-Dry-Hopped line, this beer should let you get your sour kick while treating you with a lingering, fresh sourness.

Warning, you are not allowed to drink this cider! Inspired by wild nights dancing around Havana, Cuba, as vibrant beats fill the streets, classic cars whizz by and tropical breezes fill the air. This cider is chucked full of tropical vibes and 100% real ingredients, with fresh pineapple and basil straight from our garden. Just be warned: the man doesn't want you visiting Cuba and they don't want you to drink this cider either. Be brave and dare to taste what you are missing!
