Introducing Rucksack. Our newest summer seasonal, this German-style wheat beer is a well-earned respite after long day on the trail or in the hammock. Hazy and unfiltered, Rucksack’s wheat malt delivers a bready character that screams citrus fruit when combined with Mandarina Bavaria hops. Steeping this beer with orange peel post-fermentation only accentuates this fruitiness. Pair Rucksack with roast pork, fried chicken and even lobster rolls. Sprocket is a big and hoppy brew with raw, tropical fruit, sniffs and tastes. Sprocket features Mosaic lupulin powder, a new hop product that adds intense tropical fruit flavours, and then kicks in with further hops including Amarillo, Citra & Galaxy

Summer Bright with Mango is made using the same great recipe as Summer Bright Lager, however like Lime the brewers have added a dash of Mango late in the brewing process. Summer Bright with Mango has a refreshing fruit taste and sweet finish. It’s also free from preservatives and has no artificial flavours.

An American Wild Ale blended from four separate stainless steel tanks, each containing it’s own unique wild yeast and bacteria blend. Mango puree is added to the blend and allowed to age for one additional month before packaging.

Malty, full-bodied, with a citrusy-pine aroma. A sticky hop bite from five layered hop varieties. This is one you can really sink your teeth into.

Double Blackberry Sour DIPA with milk sugar and Galaxy

Nectar of the Hops is a big and juicy IPA but low on bitterness at 28 IBUs. Late additions give you the beautiful sweat and fruity nectar of the hops. The beer had a piney, passionfruit nose and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel from the addition of oats and wheat. The hops give the beer beautiful tropical fruit flavours with hints of pineapple, mango and lychees. This IPA is extremely sessionable. Nectar of the Hoos is perfect beer for our warmer months. A heavily dry hopped Farmhouse ale using ingredients from both CT and VT. We used VT white cedar and CT balsam fir tips in the boil.

Wicked Nectar is an incredibly balanced New England Style IPA featuring real mango, citra and mosaic hops along with lactose and oats. All of this blends perfectly to form a hazy IPA that anyone can appreciate.

Plummy, hints of liquorice, deceptively mild and smooth. If I burp I get a whiff of grass, but no orange and little coriander. Hard to believe this is 9% as there is no winey undertow - one of the closest Trippels to a 'regular' beer that I've tasted. Very good overall.

This Golden American Pale Ale is clean and soft, while 007 hops showcase a delicate and citrus aroma and taste. At 70 IBU's and 5.2% ABV this will not make you James Bond but it will make you Roger Moore

This mixed fermentation ale was soured with a 5-strain house blend of lactobacillus, and heavily dry-hopped with citra. The result is juicy, sour, and thirst-quenching. Lots of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and cedar hop aroma and flavours with very low bitterness.
