This New World Hefeweizen combines the best of German wheat beer heritage with brewing innovation. Kelly’s Contraption shows all the elegance and subtlety of a classic Hefeweizen with nuances of new world German hops for added aroma and flavour, without bitterness.

Mad Sea’d is refreshment in a can. We use a kettle souring process to give a unique tartness that’s balanced by the addition of sweet watermelon juice. Hand harvested sea salt from Amagansett sea salt co. Rounds out the beer. Making it the perfect beer for when you get salty this summer.

Just in time for outdoor activity season we are happy to bring you our latest creation, a crisp, flavorful, refreshing pale ale. This beer pours a light golden color with a cap of white foam. The aroma is fruity with highlights of orange peel and melon. The flavor is crisp with a clean bitterness, and a fruity follow through from the American and New Zealand hops bringing notes of citrus and a hint of pine on the finish.

Mootzy is a native & local legend of Sussex County, DE, who proudly served in WWII. After the war, he recovered stolen treasures as one of the famous Monuments Men. We honor his legacy with a beautifully balanced East Coast IPA featuring Cascade, Chinook, & Amarillo hops. Tasting notes: copper color, floral and citrus notes, Cascade and Chinook hop aromas.

A straight-up juice bomb. Columbus and Michigan Chinook bitter hops, with late kettle and dry-hop additions of Citra, Galaxy, and Simcoe. When the shark has already been jumped, you have to nuke the fridge.

This beauty has been aging in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for a distinctly smooth bourbon flavor. It was brewed with butternut squash that was toasted in walnut oil and complimented with cinnamon and cardamom, making this a rich and beautifully balanced fall brew. Tasting notes: bourbon and oak forward, dark amber color, cinnamon in aroma, sweet, spicy finish

Collaboration with Omnipollo

Red Cloud is a very hop forward IPA, with lots of pine and earthiness. Each sip is like a brisk walk through the woods. Let this beer warm up a bit, and you'll notice some citrus notes come out of hiding. Loaded with hop flavor and only a moderate amount of bitterness for an IPA (50 IBUs), by adding nearly all of the hops at the last minute. The malt bill has just enough caramel malt to give it a signature red hue, and with a dash of rye to add a subtle spiciness to play off the hops. Unfiltered with the bold cloudiness of an IPA, and in the Chief's favorite style, this beer practically named itself.

Introducing our latest Wild Beer house lager. Shika, meaning ‘Deer’ in Japanese, is a departure from our usual foray of wild cultures, sour beer and barrel aging. Brewed to have a clean, crisp, and refreshing character, Shika is incredibly sessionable. Bright citrus and fruity hop character are brought to the fore, whilst a subtle mouth-feel and moorish after taste prevail. Expect to see Shika on permanent lines in our bars and popping up at festivals throughout the summer!

Each batch of Side Hustle Hazy IPA is extra dank, extra disco and all around extra. This fancy pants unfiltered IPA is brewed with the same malt bill each time but the hops rotate on every batch—always producing an IPA with huge tropical and citrus aromas. Our inspiration for this classic German style came after drinking a few margaritas on a hot summer day. This wheat ale is flavored with the zest and juice from a generous amount of key limes for a crisp, refreshing taste. We recommend serving with a salted rim! Tasting notes: wheat forward, aggressive lime taste and aroma, hazy straw color.

Double IPA with a golden tangerine hue and a crisp white foam. Sticky, tropical fruit aroma followed by a dank and resinous flavor. The Absurd. Nobody knows just quite how to define it. Some people “lose it”. Others “go over the edge”. We all go a little mad sometimes…brewers are no different. That’s why we created Ad Absurdum. We wanted to make an IPA that was unbound by time and space. We wanted to brew a beer that could tear a hole in the fabric of our reality. Loaded with El Dorado Hopzoil and dry-hopped with 3.5 lbs. of hops per barrel, we birthed a low-bitterness hop bomb that exploded onto our senses. We peered into the abyss too long….and something truly absurd gazed back.

Bearhat Bock is a helles bock. "Helles" means light in color. Continuing in the vein of brewing traditional German style lagers, Cole developed Bearhat Bock as a golden amber colored lager that’s deceivingly alcoholic. The double decoction brewed Bearhat Bock is made primarily with Hallertau hops but the hop aroma takes a backseat to the bready and buscuity-sweet scents of Pilsner and Munich malts. Full bodied and creamy with a slight bitter finish, we think you’ll enjoy our latest beer.

Extra Hoppy

A tropical fruit and citrus aroma is followed by flavor a of cherry sourness, rounded out by a bit of malty sweetness.

How do you make something great better? Take something like Stay Puft - it’s fab, but could it be better? Could we make it bigger and stronger? We’ve done that and it was ace. Could we make it out of gold? Don’t think that’d taste very nice. Could we cover it in chocolate? Yes. Yes we can. Introducing Chocolate Stay Puft. Seasonal decadence in liquid form. We’ve smothered the biscuit and marshmallow foundation of Stay Puft with a glorious chocolate layer, like a liquid tea cake! It’s even more like a s’more than the original edition!
