For this version of Stone Enjoy By IPA we thought: “We don’t always have a filter, so why should our beer?” By skipping a step and letting this devastatingly fresh, golden-hued double IPA go un filtered, the beer takes on a hazy appearance and its peach and tropical fruit hop aroma are intensified. So though it may sound like it, this missed step was no misstep. Like the other IPAs in this series, this version is brewed specifically NOT to last.

We love our coffee, and Milwaukee is flush with amazing roasters practicing their craft. We took a tour around Valentine's space on Vliet and immediately wanted to make a coffee stout using their cold-brew. We did some test batches to share with friends, and this is the final result. Made with oats, chocolate malt, and midnight wheat - plus some British hops. Toasty flavors tango with the vanilla of Valentine's roast for a creamy, not-too-strong coffee stout.

The only 100% American style of beer, California Common dates back to the gold rush of the mid 1800’s. Its unique warm lager fermentation produces a clean, slightly fruity profile. Medium bodied maltiness is balanced by a pronounced hop bitterness.

Imperial Pilsner - We ramped up a classic pilsner recipe but kept it extremely drinkable. Look for an incredibly floral nose from the German hops, a pleasant malt sweetness and balanced bitterness that all lead to a super clean finish.

Brewed specifically for San Antonio. A clean and crisp traditional Mexican lager with a hint of sweetness and an exceptionally balanced hop and malt profile. Pronouced Dah-leh Shine.

West Coast DIPA - A throwback to the big double IPAs that started it all. Hopped with Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe & Centennial and dangerously drinkable. Enough said…

Gose - A kettle soured beer brewed with pilsner & wheat malts, pink himalayan sea salt and coriander. Light and refreshing with a bright, lemon-like tartness, mild bready sweetness and a subtle salinity.
