Soulcraft Pale Ale

Need proof that the world is connected by beer? Consider this pale ale. It’s brewed in the tradition of beers that sustained some of the earliest world travelers on perilous ocean journeys. It’s brewed with ingredients from three continents, and utilizes brand new hop varieties. Type 2 is a full flavored, hop forward pale ale. Hop flavors range from heavy pine to bright citrus. A simple malt composition contributes a beautiful golden color and clean drinkability. The finish is hoppy, and crisp. Pop the top and enjoy it under the stars.

Batch 022: Strawberry Creampie

Everyone loves pastry stouts right now, so we decided to go our own kinda route in that style, and make a pastry sour. Thinking back to flavors we enjoyed as kids, before we ruined our livers, credit, and criminal records and settled on strawberry shortcakes to play with this fun new style. This beer is nice and acidic up front, transitioning into a nice round strawberry flavor backed up with a nice complementary vanilla flavor. This bitch is really good, especially when its hot out, sitting next to a pool, contemplating the bad decisions that you'll make later that day. Enjoy a bunch of them while you can, because they won't last long. So grab a pint or can, drink like you're not gonna be here long, and drink promiscuously friends!

dHop6

MC² (aka “Strangers in the Morning”) is a very important beer to us at Equilibrium. We are very happy with the balance of flavor and drinkability and hence why MC² was promoted to our Equilibrium series. We haven’t played around with its original recipe, until now… but this is literally the point of the dHop series. It’s fun. We get to play. dHop6 is the closest thing we will make to DDH MC². We kept everything the same but increased the dry hop dosing with the same hops at the same ratio, just more. dHop6 pours a very hazy tangerine color, releasing dank and bright tropical notes of mango, apricot, earth, pineapple, berry, with a touch of weed. dHop6 tastes like succulent hop juice with a round velvety mouthfeel.
