It’s brewed with ingredients from three continents, and utilizes brand new hop varieties. Type 2 is a full flavored, hop forward pale ale. Hop flavors range from heavy pine to bright citrus. A simple malt composition contributes a beautiful golden color and clean drinkability. The finish is hoppy, and crisp. Pop the top and enjoy it under the stars.

This Moon Dog Mack Daddy Dark Ale has a brilliant, deep brown colour and aromas of hoppy, coffee roasted notes with a slight fruity note from yeast. The flavour has similar fruit notes, giving way quickly to typically dark ale charatcers: a touch of roast, dark chocolate, nuts, maybe even a touch of sarsaparilla.

Our Norse Pale Ale is fermented with traditional yeast from a farm in Voss in southern Norway and a recently developed hop variety from the Pacific Northwest of the US. Ekuanot hops and kveik yeast contribute complex aromas of orange peel, pine, peach, and white pepper, which combine with rich brown sugar and honey to balance the moderate bitterness of this hoppy farmhouse ale.

Wildcard Brett IPA is a one off seasonal exclusive brew that has been dealt with a heavy hand of citrus hops, and fermented with six strains of brettanomyces yeast. The beer pours a beautiful golden colour with a finger of pillow white head. Grassy sweetness and fresh hops are underpinned with flavours of banana funk and clove. Wonderfully complex, Wildcard is both rich and refreshing.

Everyone loves pastry stouts right now, so we decided to go our own kinda route in that style, and make a pastry sour. Thinking back to flavors we enjoyed as kids, before we ruined our livers, credit, and criminal records and settled on strawberry shortcakes to play with this fun new style.This beer is nice and acidic up front, transitioning into a nice round strawberry flavor backed up with a nice complementary vanilla flavor. This bitch is really good, especially when its hot out, sitting next to a pool, contemplating the bad decisions that you'll make later that day. Enjoy a bunch of them while you can, because they won't last long. So grab a pint or can, drink like you're not gonna be here long, and drink promiscuously friends!
