Hidden away in the barrel cache of the Taxman Reserve cellar, our barrel-fermented golden blonde ale lies in wait, collecting fruit as it comes into season. A combination of bacteria, wild yeast and time produced a bright, dry and tart ale ripe for blending. Overflowing with raspberry aromas and tart fruit notes, this crimson sour ale is one to store away or enjoy today. Distribution of our Reserve Series is very limited. Juicy all the way! Packed full of tropical, citrus and stone-fruit flavors. A smooth, easy drinking IPA. Very hoppy, never bitter.

Mead with blood orange puree Blood orange flavor goes quite well with orange blossom honey mead. We have added enough blood orange puree to give a good nose and flavor, without overpowering the underlying qualities of the orange blossom mead. The flavor starts out with an orangey and raspberry flavor coupled with a citrus bite. This carries through to the end taste leaving a lingering orange and citrus after taste. This is a terrific sipping drink and would be great with key lime pie or vanilla ice cream.

Our Brut IPA is a highly drinkable ale with a boisterous blend of fruit forward hops including El Dorado, Belma, and Calypso. A simplistic and clean pilsner malt bill paves the way for this aromatic adventure into the hop fields. If you tend to shy away from the big bad IPAs, a Brut is a great way to experience the glory of hops!

We used over 800 pounds of fresh blueberries from Indian Grove Farms in Mount Airy and a special berry-forward Indian Liberica Estate coffee bean from our friends at Muddy Dog Roasting in this deep, rich, creamy sweet stout.

American Blonde Ale

Semi-sweet mead, flavored with clove, cinnamon, ginger and orange zest.

A dry honey wine fermented with oolong tea and raw, unfiltered honey.

This flavorful, smooth-sipper is PACKED with late addition Motueka and Ekuanot hops.

A dry honey wine made from raw and unfiltered New York honey aged with oak.

A traditional mead made with orange blossom honey, this has a clean, bright finish with some sweetness.

Refreshing Belgian-inspired Saison

Light and thirst quenching, this witte is perfect for hot summer days. Brewed with orange peel, coriander, and elderflower, this beer takes on light and floral notes that complement our Belgian witbier yeast.

Waterway, our American Wheat Ale, honors our American roots. Easy to drink. Clean and crisp with a light citrus flavor brought by Michigan Tahoma hops.

A bright and beautiful red hue, this beer has an aroma of dried thyme and sweet lemons. The aroma leads you into a clean and crisp tartness with a strong blackberry and lemon backbone. Originally developed by our tap room crew, this patio crusher is sure to please on hot days.

Imperial Coffee Stout Collaboration with Mostra Coffee. Notes of Dark Chocolate, Espresso and Rich Malt

Rock on! We've taken inspiration from our Dusty Gringo and created a double brown IPA which is surprisingly easy to drink! Chocolate and caramel malt flavours provide a great base for the subtle citrus hop profile. Get amongst it bro!
