This simple, yet subtly complex Pale Ale pays homage to its bigger tractor-brother with a brilliant red hue and thin white lacing. The use of biscuit malt gives this ale a toasty sweetness and muted caramel flavor. The beer is balanced with traditional UK Fuggle hops that lend a touch of fennel and a pleasant bitterness. This delicate and light flavor finishes clean on the palate.

Because you need an IPA, don't you? You do. I mean a brewery needs an IPA, sure, that's just basic business sense. But you, the people, you need this too. This IPA is deep and golden, it has all kinds of citrus in it, but also with a clean, balanced bitterness. It's like a balm for your weary soul. I have seen people cheer up, very quickly, upon tasting this IPA (true story).

A well-balanced apple cider blended with farm fresh Cherry. Our crisp apple cider finishes sweet with hints of clove and cinnamon blended with a tart acid to stand up to the sweetness of the cherry. Big mouth feel, perfect acid, and long finish.

This is based on an award-winning homebrew recipe from Jared Veldheer of the Denver Broncos and we will be entering it into the Pro-Am competition at GABF. The malt bill provides enough support, especially in mouthfeel, to really allow the Galaxy hops to shine in all of their tropical fruit glory.

Florida style Berliner Weiss with raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Pink in color with aromas of a mixed berry smoothie and fruit tart.

Dry-hopped ale aged on peach and guava

It is a chocolate black gose. Kettle soured and sea salt added like a typical gose (omit coriander), but with some de-bittered black malt for a dark color and then liquid cacao added. The final result is like drinking a slightly tart salted chocolate truffle. Because of the acidity, the beer finishes pretty dry. It is a unique drinking experience.

These Bears ripped through this rye backbone with mosaic hops to provide a deep red with a hoppy nose and malt-forward finish. Pairs nicely with BBQ, tailgates, and fiery fun.

Back by popular demand, for this variation on the classic Yeti Imperial Stout, we added a variety of spices, vanilla and coffee to invoke the flavors of a Mexican hot chocolate (traditionally called champurrado). Spiced chocolate drinks have been part of Aztec and Mayan cuisine and culture for centuries, but they have yet to be paired up with a Yeti!

This year’s Small Batch features McIntosh, an heirloom variety widely grown in the Bitterroot Valley. It ferments to a medium-sweet cider with classic McIntosh apple flavors, fruity and tart, with cinnamon notes. In 1907, the Montana College of Agriculture decreed the Bitterroot Valley as the finest growing region in the world for the McIntosh apple (Ag Experiment Station, Bulletin 66). We think you’ll agree. Delightful on its own or paired with grilled pork or poultry. Our Small Batch Mac won a Silver medal at the 2015 Great Lakes International Cider & Perry Competition.

Our #NoGlutenCollusion is a light beer made with rice and corn and flavored with cherries and lime.

Azure is named after the colour of the Pacific Ocean as we’ve used hops from either side of the Pacific, Rakau from New Zealand and Cascade from America. This light ale has a refreshingly floral and elderflower nose and taste followed by a bitterness which ties all the flavours together.
