This traditional German-style pilsner provides the flavor and aroma of German malt and hops with a clean, crisp finish. Prost!

Malty but fully attenuated Pils malt showcase. Created in Munich in 1895 at the Spaten brewery by Gabriel Sedlmayr to compete with Pilsner-style beers. Unlike Pilsner but like its cousin, Munich Dunkel, Helles is a malt-accentuated beer that is not overly sweet, but rather focuses on malt flavor with underlying hop bitterness in a supporting role. Aroma: Pleasantly grainy-sweet, clean Pils malt aroma dominates. Low to moderately-low spicy noble hop aroma, and a low background note of DMS (from Pils malt). No esters or diacetyl. Appearance: Medium yellow to pale gold, clear, with a creamy white head.

A pale, refreshing German wheat beer with high carbonation, dry finish, a fluffy mouthfeel, and a distinctive banana-and-clove yeast character. Aroma: Balance of Banana and Clove.

Australian hops steal the show here, this beer is a tropical fruit explosion. Expect aromas of peach & passionfruit to fly out of the can like crazy! Hops: Galaxy, Enigma, Vic Secret This beer is also a shout out to the Posse team. Luke, one of the Posse co-founders who has spent countless hours on our app, is from Australia. Vic Secret is the variable here. We’ve used Galaxy (you remember Party Hat) and Enigma—they have the classic “New World” characteristics that put Australia on the map, hops-wise. This is our first time releasing a can with Vic Secret… for us it’s undefined as of yet, but we have a good feeling about this one. Expect aromas of peach and passionfruit to fly out of the can like crazy.

Berliner Scheisse Wild Strawberry - a Berliner Braunbier (brown Weisse) with wild strawberries.

A dank and juicy IPA using Golden Promise, wheat and Cara Munich malts in the mash for a sweetly smooth body. For the hops we judiciously bittered with Magnum in the kettle followed by Citra T90 in both the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. The aroma/flavour is fruit-filled, dank and resinous, with plenty of tropical mango giving a moreish drinkability. Fermented with our house American ale yeast (WLP001) for a refreshingly clean finish, this IPA is also our first gluten-free beer using Brewers Clarex®.

FUN highlights the flavors and aromas of the Citra hop which is known for tropical and citrus notes. With over 100 lbs of hops in each batch, this beer is incredibly juicy and meant to be enjoyed fresh. Look for a full bodied IPA that pours golden in color and is topped off with a thick white head of foam. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we do. Have FUN. Play nice.

BrewDog collab. April 2018. A Kottbusser inspired sour ale brewed with 140kg of Heather Honey, 750kg of Wexford Blackcurrants, a whole load of oats and whirlpool hopped with Hallertau Blanc.

Subtle, textured and introspective, Mosaic Park is a single hop pale ale with quiet depth. Our house yeast builds a distinctive, well-rounded base, which in turn helps accentuate Mosaic hops’ full palette of flavors: berries, grass, grapes and papaya. This is a beer for winding down -- the perfect accompaniment to a rooftop sunset, or watching the fog roll in after a day at the beach.

Light and sessionable. Brewed with honey creating a hint of sweetness. Minimal bittering with domestic noble hops

Our flagship Dry Hard Cider is extremely dry and incredibly strong. Fermented with a sauvignon blanc yeast and then conditioned in this very can, we've crafted a dry cider that is similar to an apple champagne. We don't add any back-sweetener or extra sugar. All that's in this can is a full pound of pressed apples. Nothing else. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.
