The Haze continues with another big juicy brew showcasing plump berry, melon, ripe apricot and papaya aromatics. Finishes mellow and smooth with a spritz of lemon/lime flavor.

Open-Fermented Belgian-Style Farmhouse Ale Refermented On Cherry Puree This is the first beer we have run though our new open top square fermenter. It was brewed with a simple base of Pilsner malt and wheat malt. Then it was allowed to open ferment for a week with our house farmhouse culture. The yeast expresses huge notes of pear, pepper and lemon. We pushed half of the batch into stainless on almost 1 lb/gallon of tart cherry purée. It then was refermented for a couple weeks and allowed to dry out. It’s funky, slightly tart and fruity.

A pale refreshing beer with a dry finish and a wonderful yeast character. This beer is subtle yet complex with a fruity aroma.

A delicate and aromatic session-strength beer with hints of orange blossom, coconut, vanilla and a refreshingly clean finish. Brewed in NZ (at Urbanaut), the UK (West Berkshire) and Australia (Nomad). White beer with chamomile and NZ hops.

This beer is a blend of our award winning Bourbon Barrel aged Wee Heavy blended with cold brew coffee made with Bent Tree Coffee Roaster's beans. We added lactose sugar to make a milky water for the cold brew coffee. Our goal was to make a beer reminiscent of a latte from your favorite local coffee shop. With notes of caramel and bourbon from the Wulver paired with the notes of milk and coffee from the cold brew. We hope you enjoy this experimental brew.

Colour and sight: Amber colour and brilliantly bright. Light effervesce, but nevertheless nice lacing foam. Scent: Mildly sweet, with hints of caramel and a hoppy aroma. Flavour: Easy to drink beer. The rather short aftertaste has a nice bitterness.

On a routine patrol of hoppy flavors, he expected clarity, but was shocked by an encounter with... MURKY DIMENSIONS! A big, hazy double I.P.A. with multiple dimensions of juicy flavors.

Our pet octopus is a bit of a jerk. He’s that guy who has a couple then either tells you how much he loves you or threatens to fight you. So we brewed this IPA, with 8 varieties of hops and 8 types of malt. We targeted 88 IBU and 8.8% to appease him. Sadly, when he found out that we’d fabricated all of the above info, it only made him more volatile. We are starting to realize that Octopus was a poor choice for a pet.

With notes of orange peel and lemon zest, this refreshing ale is aromatic, spicy, and hoppy with a distinctive dry finish. Deep gold in color, this beer is not filtered so it has some haze from the yeast left in solution. Originally brewed to sustain hardworking farmers through long, hot summers, this beer has a higher ABV than traditional farmhouse ales.

Hula Starfruit Dragon Fruit has a unique and lightly sweet flavor profile that pairs well with fruit cocktails, mixed fresh fruit and yogurt.

A Vienna lager has a complex balance of well-rounded maltiness & gentle hop bitterness with a crisp dry finish with hints of sweetness. Maidstone Lager is our light & refreshing interpretation of this European style.
