We used a light and minimal malt bill consisting of Pale, Munich and Dextrapils to give it a hazy, light straw colored hue. The beer was bittered with Experimental Hop 344, gets some Cascade in the middle, and is finished and dry-hopped with a heavy hand of Mosaic hops - resulting in robust flavor notes of tangerines, apricots, and grapefruit. In addition, we added some coriander and lemongrass after the boil to give it a floral, fruity twist of spice. It finishes with a dry, earthy bitterness that begs of another sip.
