This ginger beer is inspired by the original Street Hawkers of Victorian London. Our modern take on the Hawkers' ginger beer uses natural ginger, mandarin and kiwi, so it’s fruity and refreshing with a real ginger bite. Best served with ice and a slice of lime. Makes a great premium mixer.

Sometimes shit happens and in our case, it happened to a batch of our popular Haze for Days. When the brewing gods give a challenge, the correct answer is to dry hop the hell out of it. The result is a hazy beer that features four different hops; Azacca, Motueka, Citra, and Vic Secret. The resultant is a juicy mango, peach, passionfruit bomb of a beer that the beer gods have smiled upon. Some even might say its the nectar of the beer gods. So enjoy!

Into the Wild is a refreshing wheat beer brewed with kiwano fruit. This beer was brewed to help celebrate the opening of the new African Savanna exhibit at the Fort Worth Zoo. Fans of our seasonal beer – Parker County Peach – are sure to enjoy Into the Wild. Kiwano is a melony/kiwi/cucumber like refreshing fruit native to Africa.

The beer industry in New York State is booming. To accommodate that growth, farmers across the state have been planting lots of barley and hops. With this offering, we decided to use all New York State ingredients - barley grown in the Finger Lakes Region and hops grown along the shores of Lake Ontario. Enjoy the bold, biscuity flavors of the base grain, balanced with sweet toffee and a nice spicy hop presence. Together we can put New York on the beer map! Other Half / Trillium German-style pilsner hopped 100% with Hersbrucker hops and brewed with German pilsner malt.

Simcoe, Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial give this beer a satisfying smack. Now, qüichrbichñ and drink up!

Shipping out of Boston is our take on a German-Style Export Lager. Export Lagers were originally brewed stronger than other pale lagers to endure lengthy travel times. This kellerbier is brewed with a blend of German specialty malts for a deeply golden lager with an intense sweet biscuit flavor. Like the rest of the beers in our Keller Series, Shipping Out of Boston is left unfiltered.

Another hazy coming at you live from another galaxy...our next beer in the MF line features a copious amount of Galaxy and Amarillo to give you in your face passion-fruit peach with a hint of pine. Named for the I-35 exit to Stillwater. This beer is pure Oklahoma from grain to glass. We sourced the rye from local farmers to bring you a unique, crisp, mildly bitter pale ale.

Gaia is our interpretation of a West-Coast I.P.A. An amber colored beer with the focus on resiny, piney hop varieties (Cascade, Columbus, Chinook, Centennial and a bit of Amarillo).

This beer started its adventure as a creamy Russian Imperial Stout with notes of coffee, mocha and roasted malt. It was then sent on a journey from Ireland to Australia lovingly encased in Teeling Whiskey barrels, further boosting the aromas and adding some sour funkiness. The next step was to age and blend with deliciously creamy oatmeal stout to create a rich experience. A beer ideal for ageing for many years, or enjoying on the spot – sharing is optional.

Imperial stout brewed with almonds, cocoa nibs, coffee, cinnamon, habanero peppers, toasted coconut and vanilla beans before being aged in maple bourbon barrels.
