Tiamana's Dopplebock' 'Old Fritze' aged to true grandeur! This beer rested 7 months in a Sauvignon Blanc barrel with wild yeast, getting ever more smooth and complex. Rich notes of oak, molasses, tobacco, port and caramel. The wild yeast adds a hint of sourness and brett. A rare treat that only comes in a small batch.

KOMES PORTER reflects the history of brewing, referring to the 18th-century tradition of brewing porters in the Baltic states. At their prime, Baltic porters represented one-third of the market, which is the best evidence of their popularity. We offer you a well-balanced, dark, strong beer with a distinct flavor. Slow fermentation at low temperatures in open vats, coupled with long (at least 3 months) maturation has resulted in the beer’s character and complete, complex nature. The Porter’s bouquet matures further in the bottle. Time is on its side.

As our second limited 16oz can to come down the line, this DIPA takes a turn from our previous hoppy beers with a hazy twist of citrus meeting grape and white wine notes balanced by lactose. Azacca and Summer Hops

This style is known for its hazy appearance, soft mouthfeel, and “juice like” characteristics. Full body with robust aromas and flavors of orange, melon, passionfruit, and apricot. Late addition hops in the brewing process allow for a lower bitterness extraction creating a slightly sweeter IPA. The IBU’s of this beer is slightly deceiving as it has a significant hop load, but most hops are added after the boil and do not contribute to the measurement. Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo, Medusa, and Mosaic Hops.

There’s nothing simple or run of the mill about this “little pod” harvested from the finicky vines of vanilla orchids found on Indian Ocean islands. The thousands of richly aromatic seeds buried inside each of these plump vanilla fruit pods became our beer-making muse for this porter recipe distinguished by chocolate malt and Madagascar vanilla bean. This latter luxe ingredient imparts a delicate creaminess and palate-seducing softness. Additionally, its presence heightens the roundness of the chocolate undertones and hints of coffee typically associated with beers of this style. Dripping in the world’s second-most expensive spice, this porter is extremely drinkable, with just the right amount of vanilla bean richness and deepness.

In 2013, our CEO and co-founder, Greg Koch, invited two respected fans of craft beer, brewing and all things Stone to develop an intense, inventive beer capable of not only delivering immense flavor, but also serving as a fitting, singular celebration of über-level enthusiasm. Self-proclaimed geeks in a number of arenas, the duo of thespian and renaissance man Wil Wheaton and Fark.com online news guru Drew Curtis proved up to the challenge, calling on their personal backgrounds to devise an imperial stout brewed with flaked rye, wheat and pecans that was partially aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Shortly after being released, this creation—dubbed “w00tstout” in honor of w00tstock, Wil’s annual tribute festival to cross-genre geekdom—became an instant cult classic. So, despite the fact that Greg spent the first half of 2014 on an international walkabout-style sabbatical, Wil and Drew were invited back to Stone to put a new spin on this threesome-borne beauty. All they needed was a third conspirator, and for that, they called on friend and fellow geek, Aisha Tyler. An actress, talk show host, comedian and author with a flair for individuality, she brought an entire new dimension to the brew day, just as the stone-ground chocolate the trio added to the original w00tstout recipe added delicious depth to the beer. Also brought in to put a personalized stamp on this year’s edition of w00tstout was famed comic artist Dave Gibbons.

Prunus Avium - the scientific name for ‘sweet cherry/ bird cherry’. Very appropriate for a hop flavor forward IIPA brewed by Lark with a sweet cherry flavor at the forefront. Part of our experimental hop series- ‘Otto Supreme’ hops where used in the boil, and a 1 ounce per gallon dry hopping ratio of Equinox hops, This ‘candied fruit’ flavor profile balances a light bitterness with massive hop flavor. Enjoy the fruitness!

The IPA has a beautiful golden colour, is very aromatic with notes of citrus fruits (orange, passion fruit) and floral aromas given by the hops and use of the white wine barrel. It is a full-bodied beer richly flavoured with pronounced aromas and well balanced bitterness creating a delicious and easy to drink beer.

DDH Dream in Green is brewed with over 50% oats, a little bit of lactose sugar and crushed with Citra, Motueka and Wai-iti hops. It then gets a second dry hopping with the same hops.
