Galaxy Hopped IPA

As if being a Gose wasn't hip enough, Gracie went ahead and dressed herself from head to toe in purple. We temper the lactobacillus driven acidity in this old-fashioned German style by incorporating a cool, blueberry sweetness into the mix. Sessionable. Youthful. Character-filled. Refreshing.

New England IPA

There is love in this Tub! Our Festbier shines a deep golden orange with German malts and hops in all the right places.

Gruit / Ancient Herbed Ale A berry-tart, effervescent brew aged on hibiscus and nopal cactus pads.

Synalpheus Pinkfloydi is a cherry lemonade Gose brewed brewed with Lemondrop hops, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, coriander, lemon and Balaton cherries from King Orchards. Slightly hazy with a light pink color and moderate head retention, this summertime Gose smells of bright cherry, tart lemon, and a little salt. Despite a lengthy list of ingredients, Synalpheus Pinkfloydi has a great balance of flavors. Tart cherry and lemon complement the saltiness of a classic Gose. A dry and tart finish rounds out this easy drinking summer brew.

Tangie is a supple shandy making its debut in 2018. A refreshing treat built for the summer heat, this Ale with Tangerine and Lemon juices offers a blast of bubbly, citrus goodness.

We have taken our beloved Table Beer and added a little twist to it. By dry-hopping Table Beer with Santiam and Perle, it gives the beer a more floral and effervescent character; while not overpowering the spice and clove notes.

Just in time for happy hour this session IPA is the perfect balance between local malt and regional hops. This brew is packed with big fruity aromas from Mosaic hops and pleasant bitterness from Chinook and Centennial hops.
