Farmers across Europe used to brew beer from the grain grown on their land. Rustic and robust, these farmhouse ales incorporated all manner of wild, tart and funky yeast characters. Rivage Brux starts its life as a spicy, tangy dry farmhouse style ale before being aged for 12 months in French oak sauvignon blanc barrels. The result is a lightly tart, dry, fruity beer that’s perfect for the dinner table.

Inspired by American classics brewed with water, barley, rice, corn, hops, and yeast. Bearweizer is an approachable beer for transition from domestic to craft beer. Malty sweetness from corn with a dry finish from rice and lightly hopped. All the flavor, without the preservatives, makes Bearweizer a crown jewel. Cheers!
Berry Blonde celebrates all the things that make us different...such as Barry Bond crossdressing as Paula Abdul. This is our signature Hoppy Blonde finished with Ella hops, Blueberries and Pomegranate. The berry character is a bit more subtle than our Sultry series to allow the unique hop character to come through equally.
Our Coconut Milk Stout is brewed with the traditional addition of lactose, or milk sugar. This adds a subtle sweetness and creaminess to counter the heavy roast flavors from darker malts. We hand toasted coconut and added it to the finished beer, creating an intense flavor and aroma of coconut and chocolate. Body is full with a sweet, coconut finish.
Moderate malty aroma with a mix of toasty and nutty qualities. Dark brown in color, clear, with a light tan head. Medium malt flavor balanced with nutty/toasty complexities. Moderate carbonation, clean mouthfeel, and not overly bitter.
This new wave IPA uses a simple malt bill in order to showcase sought after hop varieties like Sorachi Ace and Mosaic. Expect heavy resinous, pine, and citrus flavors. It’s like a majestic citrus forest!
Pronounced “Chuck”, this Czech Pilsner is a beer lovers beer. Out of the tap pours an alchemist’s dream- liquid gold! Settling in with a signature white foam head, this beer is ready for its cameo in a Super Bowl or World Cup commercial. Not to be outdone by its looks, this beer tastes just as great. German pilsner malt and time-tested Czech Saaz hops give this beer its delicate aroma and floral finish.
Funky Side of the Tracks A barrel-aged mixed fermentation farmhouse. Funky Side was primary fermented with a yeast from Northern France on the Belgium border in stainless steel. It was then transferred to French oak and pitched with a unique (and one of our favorites) Brettanomyces strain unique to Belgium where it was left to age. Funky Side presents a distinct Brett funk aroma/flavor along side of heavy ripe stone fruit with a hint of a brine-y finish. Funky Side has been naturally bottle conditioned for just over 3 months and can be enjoyed now or cellared for aging.
"Hey, whats your lightest beer?". The answer comes in the form of a very light, easy-drinking lager brewed with pure mountain water, pilsner malt and German hops. You won't find anything complex or pretentious about this brew. There's nothing to "get" here. In fact, the next person who uses the word "quaff" has to buy a round for the bar.
Wavelengths of hazy Cashmere, Wakatu, Cascade, and Denali hops pass through through a supple malt prism to create a chromatic dispersion of flavor and aromas that harmonize with the colorful fabric of NOLA. Akin to South Louisiana, this beer was fermented hot with a kviek yeast on top of tangerine, mandarin, and lime juice. Open your eyes to the full spectrum of juice.
Our first hazy beer using lager yeast instead of ale yeast. Theoretically the bio-transformation of the lager yeast produces even fruitier flavours than the ale yeast.
Blended barrel-aged sour / Golden sour
Golden sour beer fermented with a mixed culture, blended from select oak barrels six to eighteen months in age, and refermented with four pounds per gallon of tart Montmorency cherries.
This classic German Kölsch was brought to you by collaboration. Nine different McMenamins Brewers worked as a team to develop this recipe. All German malts, German-style hops and a German Kölsch yeast bring you back to what a traditional Kölsch might of tasted like in Germany in the early 20th century. Light in alcohol and light in color, this beer doesn't lack in flavor.
