Our Belgian Wit (white) beer. Brewed with 2 row barley, flaked wheat, nugget and saaz hops. Flavored with orange peel and coriander. Beer looks hazy due to wheat proteins and yeast in suspension.

7K IPA is brewed way up in Santa Fe, NM, and is a dry, West Coast-ish style IPA with notes of grapefruit, citrus and tropical flavors. The hop profile combines Simcoe and Mosaic with Eldorado and Amarillo playing backup. On the palate, it starts with a touch of caramel malt sweetness that balances out the hops and finishes with a fruity, slightly resinous hop flavor and clean bitterness. It’s fruity and intense with a clean hop profile and leaner malt base than other IPAs. So if you’re searching for the next great IPA, just look up. Higher. No, higher. There we are.

This new wave IPA uses a simple malt bill in order to showcase sought after hop varieties like Simcoe and Mosaic. Expect heavy resinous, pine, and citrus flavors. It’s like a majestic citrus forest!

Brewed with salt and fermented with grapefruit and blood orange puree.

This collaboration with Sisters Coffee Roasters features 4 lbs per barrel of their Sumatra Roast. The base beer is a huge Imperial Stout brewed with 10 different malts and all Cascade hops. The final beer is dominated by rich coffee aroma and flavor when fresh but will allow the base stout to poke through as it ages.

Our most popular brand in the 1950's is back! Lagered for 90 days, this brew is slightly bitter with a bready, malty finish.

Our annual tribute to loveable local Don McKay. This Scottish style ale was brewed with loads of Caramel, Munich and Maris Otter Base Malts with a touch of Smoked Malt. A 2-hour boil accentuates the rich caramel flavors while a hint of smoke inspires you to throw on a kilt, fire up the bagpipes and have a mug (or 2)!

Combining Fresh Grapefruit Juice, Zest and Puree adds a new level of refreshment to our Rustic Blonde Ale – Table. Followed up with a special blend of Mittlefruh, Saaz, and Mandarina Bavaria hops, this beer finishes crisp and dry with just the right amount of fruit on the finish.

Pigpen came by while we were brewing and left his haze in this hoppy ale. He spoke of his friend in the '60's and '70's who was a wonderful keyboardist and harmonica player and ironically had the same name. The Mosaic, Citra and Cascade Hops dance on the tounge as if composed by Pigpen himself. Cheers to both Pigpens, and cheers to this beer, dedicated to the both of them!

Tart, Ripe, Fruity Inspired by fresh raspberries, our Raspberry Sour is full of tart, ripe and fruity flavors. The beer opens with big fruit and tannin flavors from raspberries. Passion fruit flavors fill out the middle, a bridge between the tart and sour. It ends with a crisp tart finish. A beer that continually evolves during your drinking experience.

Tropic Heat is a kettle soured ale brewed with pink guava puree, coconut and habanero peppers. The heat contribution from the peppers is very minimal and creates a pleasant background quality that lingers. This slight spiciness accentuates the fruity, full guava taste that is this beer's foundation. Coconut was also added to pleasantly blend all of the fine flavors together.
