The Czech Dark Lager or “Tmavé Pivo” is one of the oldest lager styles in the world, and boy can you taste the history! Made with floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, caramunich, and chocolate malt, this beer looks like a mouthful, but drinks light and refreshing. A favorite for the historically-minded brewer. Berliner style weisse ale with rhubarb & vanilla and lactose added

Aged in Chardonnay barrels with Pinot noir grapes.

Son of War is a fresh citrusy golden ale, crafted with Belgian ale yeast and heavily dry-hopped with American hops. It’s a smooth beer that’s light on the palate with big tropical fruit hop aroma.

Sunroof is our hazy, fluffy 5.5% pale ale. Motueka and Azacca dry hops lend notes of watermelon and pear.

A golden base beer inoculated with our house bug cocktail and left to ferment in stainless steel for 3 months. Several hundred pounds of freshly picked Mississippi blueberries were added and left to re-ferment for another 2 months. This beer delivers a sour punch supported by funky berry finish. Naturally conditioned.

English Pale malt blended with smooth, nutty crystal oats, toasted and caramel malts. This is a veritable loaf of whole grain liquid bread. Rich but easily drinkable, this Brown was briefly oak-aged to mellow and "round out" the taste. Tastes like history. As you enjoy this ale, imagine a time when beer was not expected to be yellow and fizzy, but full of flavor -- loud and proud to have traveled a hard trail to arrive at its destination. This hoppy german pilsner really puts the Wow in Wow Factor. Jam-packed with German Mandarina Bavaria hops to add a unique orangey aroma and flavor to this otherwise traditional pilsner. Perfectly refreshing during temperatures rivaling the face of the sun.

Aged in Sagamore Spirit rye whisky barrels.

Using Coffee Beans sourced from the Columbian capital of Bogota, this copper-ruby coloured, robust ale delivers a sneaky perk of zesty caffeine. An aroma of freshly ground fruity coffee, sitting on a solid malt platform gives toffee, caramel and tobacco flavours. Finished with an aftertaste of smoke, roasted beans, and caffeine.

There’s an air of mystery as she pours out her heart and the darkness of her soul spills forth. The malty scent of coffee and a hint of oranges leaves an impression as your lips draw close…

This beer is hazy, juicy, and peachy - inspired heavily by New England IPAs that focus on bright juicy flavor instead of being highly bitter. Since we have the best peaches on earth, we felt that adding 180 gallons of fresh peach puree needed to happen. IBU is low because all the boiled hops where added in the last two minutes in the kettle. We dry hopped this 3 times exclusively with Citra hops. You'll smell bright citrus juice and peach notes. The haziness is not caused by residual yeast but by excessive oats, dry hopping and the use of raw peaches. We hope you enjoy.

Brewed in collaboration with Platform Brewing, we arrived at this bright and juicy dry-hopped American saison. Local Indiana barley and wheat develop a soft and balanced malty body, while intense herbal and peachy hop flavors are amplified by tropical saison yeast esters to create this exceptional summer ale. Hazy, hot, and humid. Our middle hop child is rich, creamy and full of Centennial, Ekuanot, Boadicea, and Bramling Cross Hops. Hopped it like its hot.

Kopi Luwak or Civet coffee is the most expensive coffee in the world. The high price is not because of the rareness of the coffee berries themselves but because of the special production process. The coffee berries are eaten by the Luwak - a civet cat. The beans however can not be digested by the Luwak and therefor can be found in their pooh. The beans are washed and slightly roasted. This whole process of eating, pooh, find the pooh and treat the berries is very time consuming. This is of course reflected in the price of the coffee. Real coffee connoisseurs highly appreciate this coffee. And what does Brouwerij de Molen do with it? We use it in our own production process of brewing beer. Our Kopi Loewak is an Imperial Stout with incredible coffee flavours. Roasted and bitter like an espresso.
