Brightside Aleworks and Firetrucker Brewery have teamed up to bring you a unique twist on brunch - in a beer! We found the ever elusive Iowa maple syrup and boiled it in with red malt and noble hops, finishing the brew with Belgian yeast, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla beans to bring you an exceptional blend of flavors. Prepare yourself for an unparalleled beer with a personality as unique as its brewers.

Pale gold in color with easy drinking and refreshing tart citrus and pear flavors up front and peppery lemon zest in the finish. The beer’s natural white wine-like flavor and dry finish is enhanced after careful aging in Chardonnay wine barrels.

Brewed with traditional Saaz hops, this Czech style Pils is exceptionally crisp and clean. Straw in color, with a toasted, bready malt aroma and medium hop bitterness.

Evening Post is our version of a British style Porter made with Belgian yeast and conditioned on South American cacao nibs. With malty notes and hints of dark chocolate, this beer is very smooth with no sweetness, roast or burnt qualities. Although it's a dark beer, the medium body and low ABV make it an easy year-round drinker.

Double dry-hopped IPA

Botanical pale ale The hip hop world has given us loads of ideas, so we thought it was only right we beerify the most famous cocktail rap has given the world. Gin & Juice is a beer that combines the classic pale ale style, the rich, aromatic notes of gin botanicals and sweet fruit flavours that provide the juice for this party. Bucket loads of juniper berries, citrus peel and aromatic spices give the beer a delicious, dry note, which is balanced out by the juicy fruit flavours from some punchy hops. It's like an afterparty in your mouth! Laid back!

This light and fruity Golden Ale has a touch of malt sweetness, lofty notes of lime and melon and floral overtones. It’s what we call “Have a fewable” at a sessionable 4.9%ABV.

Gose with plums

A classic Cascade led APA.

Overflows with hoppiness, but avoids aggressive bitterness. We made our IPA in the classic tradition of using British malts and American hops. For hops, we start by giving the beer enough bitterness to balance the malt and let the tongue know it’s an IPA, but we focus on late addition hops to maximize the flavors . Then, to make sure the nose is grand, we dry hop the beer, suffusing each sip with the sticky citrus hops you want in an American style IPA. Features classic American hops on a base of smooth British malts.It’s a beer with intense hop flavors, and a balanced, clean finish.

Aromas of stone fruit that follow through to the palate with a slight, sticky resin.

Consider this the beer equivalent of a peanut butter cup. We took our rich and creamy milk stout and made it extra with chocolate, peanuts, and a touch of sea salt. The result is a creamy, peanut buttery treat that’s fit for the candy aisle. Enjoy chilled in your favorite glass, which isn’t a candy coating, but it’ll do.

White’s Bay sits along the Collingwood shoreline and was once a local fishing hole where the day could be whiled away in the summer sun. This eponymous IPA is the perfect companion for those days you take for yourself, leaving your cares behind. Golden hued, floral and fruity, this beer features a blend of Mosaic and Challenger hops resulting in a unique hybrid India Pale Ale.

3 Speed Lager is perfect for any occasion whether it’s a hot summer day, watching the baseball game or enjoying a nice meal. It has been brewed using a true lager yeast and aged for 26 days for a smooth taste and finish.

Brut IPA

Double hopped hazy american pale ale.

The first beer in our Lager program. Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts, fermented with our house lager yeast, and conditioned at near freezing temperatures in a horizontal vessel. Hopped with Maine Sterling hops from The Hop Yard, as well as Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Lemondrop hops.

Sour ale with apricot and peach.
