For hardcore Calvert fans, you'll know this beer as the final iteration of Nick & Matt's Excellent Adventure IPA. This beer is renamed for a new sentiment and new fun times and adventures, but never without all of the tropical fruit juiciness you know and love. It's not quite a double, but definitely not a session, and it hits that wonderful partner-in-crime zone to help you conquer whatever adventure life throws at you.

Brewed with Great Lakes Roasting Company coffee blend & lavender. This brew sports a beautiful golden color and full-bodied flavor. Caramel, Munich & Pilsner malt add sweetness while flaked oats aid in additional body. Nitrogen Tap aids in the rich smoothness that’s accompanied by a pleasant lavender finish

"Only in Iowa" was brewed for all our hop head friends here in the great state of Iowa, never exported! Crafted with Pale malt, Malted Wheat, Malted Oats, Spelt, and a massive amount of Citra, Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus hops at a rate of 8 lbs per barrel. This hazy beer drinks more like orange juice, without the pulp. Dinosaurs are kewl! Cheers!

This beer is based off the traditional German style Gose; which we made in a very nontraditional manner. Light body and low bitterness keep things simple while the infusion of salt, lime zest, pomegranate and agave bring the margarita to life. A mild tartness mingles with all the other adjuncts bringing out the margarita flavor that you know and love

What you have right here came straight from the chocolate cake room in our Oakland Park brewery. Layers of creamy chocolate and sweet coconut flow like a river into this imperial brown ale. So enjoy this German chocolate cake while you can, but remember: save some room for later.

I mean like they're not made of fish, it's like a candy but like I don't know like dude there's something kinda weird about eating a candy shaped like a fish when you're a fish. I don't know dude. Pop the cork on this Brut IPA. German and American hops unite to give a subtle sauvignon blanc and fruity flavour profile. Stone fruits duke it out with apricot and peach winning the day, followed by a deft touch of grass and gooseberry to finish. A delicate effervescence and white wine character deliver this brutalist into polite society.

Lemon Verbena and grapefruit Belgian pale ale

Yuzu and bergamot flow into pine and grapefruit peel in this ever-changing West Coast IPA. This experimental pale utilises late hopping; delicate hop oils bring mango and lychee, running alongside toasty Crystal malt, with an underlying resinous bitterness bringing order to chaos.

Head Full of Dynomite (HFOD) is an ongoing series of hazy IPAs, each one different from the one before.

A super sessionable lager brewed with pilsner malt and rolled oats to give a smooth, velvety body. A big late addition of New Zealand and American hops delivers a refreshing aroma of tropical fruits. Malt: Pilsner and Rolled Oats Hops: Dr Rudi, Vic Secret, Cascade, Motueka and Mosaic Yeast: Lager

We set out to create a Pilsner that we would drink. The beer needed to be slightly complex with a bit of our signature style while avoiding everything we dislike about most Pils. Our version of a Pilsner is dry, crisp, and has a hint of hop character. The floral aspects of the hops, not the bitter, so please make sure that H word is never mentioned to your light beer friends. If you get real nerdy during your tastings, you will also pick up on herbal qualities. Like all Pilsners, ours is light in body and color.

Loads of American hops for huge aroma and flavor in this double dry hopped, low bitterness beauty. Solely Mosaic hops create lively aromas of grapefruit, papaya, and dank pine.

HOME is a Leeds based dining concept which showcases a menu which focuses on food with traditional, typical British flavours and techniques but presented in a modern and unusual way. This recipe was inspired by a particular favourite dish on HOME’s menu; Pigeon breast with game ragout, fennel and truffled pomme soufflé. The idea was for the sweetness of the malt to rest nicely alongside the balance of flavours in the dish, with the subtle liquorice notes harmonising with the fennel ketchup. We created this beer with the view that not only could it be enjoyed alone, but as a beer pairing with their menu to offer insight to how incredible a pairing between food and beer can be. To compliment the flavours of the dish (the rich, irony, gamey flavours alongside a sour medicinal rooty flavour from the fennel) we realised that a beer inspired by Pontefract cake would be a perfect pairing. Not only that, it was also a personal favourite of chef Elizabeth’s mum; a flavour that she really associated with her childhood, exemplifying HOME’s MO of reimagining familiar and nostalgic flavours; plus it only seemed right that a collaboration between two progressive names in Northern food and drink that share so many of the same values should pay homage to Yorkshire food & drink heritage! We felt this flavour profile would complement a darker style of beer which led us down the path of an India porter!
