A limited-edition collaboration between New Belgium and Knob Creek, Oakspire is a unique bourbon barrel ale aged with bourbon-steeped oak spirals and char from inside the barrel. Hey, remember that delicious new red ale we had the other day... Right. We couldn’t either and thought that was a shame. So, we went to the drawing board and designed a gutsy new brew that we hope you find remarkable. It’s a festival of rye malt, red malt, honey malt and a touch of roasted barley over a base that includes both 2-row and Maris Otter. East Kent Golding and Fuggle keep the crowd in line. Harmony.

TORO! is a triple dry-hopped Triple IPA. Huge hop nose and lovely peach notes, rolling in at 10% ABV this bull ride is surprisingly smooth.

Wise Monkeys is a fairly true to style Belgian Golden Strong, and it packs a punch in a way too drinkable package. When you take a lingering sniff, you will detect a bit of fermented stone fruit, specifically peach. But don’t let the nose fool you. It has a softly perceptible sweetness that we’re calling semi-dry. The flavor isn’t going to be sugary sweet, but more of a subtle reference to the peach, pear, and bubblegum that comes through on the nose.

Kerr Crabapple CiderThe Kerr scoffs at temperatures of thirty-five below zero. Tracing lineage through Dolgo and Harelson, Kerr was born in Manitoba, before the start of the Cold War. Kerr is a male sort - bold in appearance, red skinned, stocky and fierce. While his demeanor is ascerbic, he is not without charm. This New World Heritage cider is produced entirely from Kerr crabapples found standing guard in an orchard just ten miles to our North in Stanstead, Quebec.Invite the Winter king to join you for a feast of roast pork or mustard-braised guinea fowl. He will bring nobility and honor to your company.

Our Wisconsin Kriek boasts Door Co. cherries. three year old hops and Wisconsin wheat. Spontaneously coolship soured for citrusy farmhouse funk aged in oak vats.

Naturally occurring spontaneous fermentation creates this American Gueuze. Coolship brewed and Wild cave aged. Dan's masterwork blend of three years brewing is sour, citrusy, horsey and vintage worthy.
