Good lord, these tasting notes. "Pours a light gold", okay well that is literally true. "Aromas of lime with hints of pine and earthiness", I mean... it smells like fruit and trees? And... dirt? Maybe. Maybe there's a whole ecosystem of taste happening here, I don't know. TBH my sense of smell is a bit rooted (don't smoke cigarettes kids, they're bad for you). For me an XPA is a seasonal thing. When an independent brewery starts bringing out an XPA, you know it's gonna be T-shirt weather. Come on, Wellington. T-shirt weather. We're waiting.

Light clean crisp delicate fruity aroma

A refreshing hop-forward American Pale Ale, brewed using Calypso Hop Oil to add a punch to aroma and flavour. This is a more hopped version of our core APA - Banned in DC - and has big flavours of citrus, tropical fruit and fresh pear.

Strawberry and rhubarb go together like peas and carrots, peanut butter and jelly, and Cinemax after 11pm on Thursday nights and your 15-year-old self.

Imperial Stout with Coconut and Vanilla.

Cube Farm is a New England IPA fermented with 3 carefully selected and ratioed yeast strains, a newly constructed water profile and a malt base containing 16% oats. This combination produces a soft and delicious beer. It is heavily hopped with Citra and Mosaic with some support from Simcoe and Chinook.

Left Handed Giant make some of the very best hoppy beer in the country and this is absolutely no different. This American pale ale is brewed with Citra Cryo, Mosaic & Vics Secret.

Sour IPA with Raspberry, Lactose, Almond and Vanilla. Brewed in collaboration with Verdant.

This is a soft, juicy India Pale Ale totally soaked with beautiful tropical fruit hop aromatics.

The second release of our Crooked Line is a modern interpretation of ancient influences. Our mead-inspired strong ale features ancient grains, local honey and Belgian yeast to produce a cloudy, straw-colored ale with bright, fruity aromas and a slightly sweet, bready malt flavor

Triple Dry Hopped IPA with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops.

Edge Brewing based in Barcelona we believe were the first international brewery we visited for a collaborative brew and it’s taken this long to finally get them over to the UK for a return! We decided to try out a new IPA style that we’d been hearing about – Brut IPA. Enzymes break down all of the complex wort sugars into easily fermentable glucose, resulting in a bone-dry IPA backed up by high, sparkling carbonation. Another avenue we’d been keen to go down for a while was brewing with grapes alongside one of our favourite but hard to source hops, Nelson Sauvin. This felt like the perfect opportunity. We fermented this IPA with a Kolsch yeast strain – super clean and highly attenuative; then added 20L of white grape juice per barrel and double dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. The hop line up was then backed up with Halllertau Blanc, Citra BBC and Ekuanot Cryo pellets for a soft but crisp, resinous IPA full of juicy grape, elderflower, apricot and lime zest flavours.

Raver is an IPA, generously hopped with a mix of Citra and Mosaic, T90 and Cryo pellets.

An abbey-style ale brewed in the manner Monks made beer 500 years ago. Brewed for Valentine’s Day, because sometimes you need a little divine intervention when it comes to love!

Another day, another collab. This time we teamed up with our good friends from Northern Monk Brewing Co. Since we both share a huge passion for hoppy beers we couldn't help but make one. This double dry hopped double IPA is loaded with generous dryhop cramming it full of all the awesome hoppy goodness we all love so much. Tropical, dank and juicy!
