“Do you have a light beer?”… Our answer to this question is Bite Me. If we were going to brew a lager, it had to be perfectly balanced and full flavored. To achieve this, we start with a solid malt base of Belgian Pilsner and Munich malts. We utilized German Herkules and Czech Saaz Special hops to create a pleasant but balanced, crisp hop profile. Then, a super clean lager yeast was selected to create this bright and refreshing beer.

Oude Geuze (2014)

Oude Geuze 3 Fonteinen is a completely natural geuze consisting of an assembly of one, two and three year old lambic aged in oak barrels. This geuze is a natural, unfiltered beer after bottling for at least six months spontaneously fermented in the bottle. Oude Geuze Drie Fonteinen can be kept in a stable, cool cellar for 10 years after bottling date. Oude Geuze which is kept is softened in terms of acidity but gets more complex taste notes.

A true Geuze - A blend of 1, 2, and 3 year-old lambic unfiltered and unpasteurized, and aged in the bottle for at least a year after blending. Refermentation in the bottle give this Geuze its famous champagne-like spritziness. The lambic that goes into it is brewed only with 60% barley malt, 40% unmalted wheat, aged hops, and water, spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts, and matured in oak casks.

Ms. Scarlet is a more one for one interpretation – we just can’t see red without tasting the thick vegetal notes of a Bloody Mary. The result is a complex, tart, mosaic IPA with smoky undertones. Pouring a deep light red, Ms. Scarlett opens with a savory nose of earthy tomato juice, underpinned by subtle smoky, spicy notes from the chipotle and black pepper.
