Top fermented beer which undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle. It is intense gold, almost orange in color, with aromas of fruit in syrup (pineapple, peach and apricot), candy sugar, bread crust and a note of chives from the Belgian hops of Poperinge. Warm and sweet on the palate with a firm fizzy finish. Strong and structured, sweet and inviting. A tribute to a friend who went missing, who we may meet again one day, just like the sun that is hiding behind the hill. Winterlude is also named after a Bob Dylan song, a perfect fit since it is a winter warmer. The idea of winter as an interlude representing both the pause before awakening and the oblivion before new life. This beer is inspired by some varieties of the Belgian Tripels. The hops come from the Poperinge region, a variety I have always been fascinated by. I connected with one of the region’s local farmer and had him set a preferred variety aside from his most recent harvest. Because it combines incredibly well with food, Winterlude has always made us proud with our catering industry clients.

Wisco Disco is a deep amber colored beer, with rich malt and hop flavors. We brew this beer with a small amount of milk sugar (or lactose). This gives Wisco Disco its smooth body, and makes it a perfect match to pair with your favorite cheeses. Wisco Disco is brewed with five different malts, and four giant hop additions for huge flavor. Wisco Disco is not filtered or pasteurized, but cold conditioned, leaving it naturally cloudy, and refreshing.”

This beer is brewed with whole Montmorency Cherries, Wisconsin Farmed Wheat and Belgian Roasted Barleys, lagered in oak tanks and balanced by Hallertau hops we aged in our brewery one full year. Over a pound of Door County Cherries in every bottle makes this beer uniquely "Wisconsin." So unique, in fact, that we applied for a patent. Expect this beer to be ruby red, with a medium body that is highly carbonated and intense with cherry flavor and bouquet. An American style IPA generously hopped with Citra and Amarillo hops. Zinfandel grapes are added to the aging tank to give this IPA a sweet finish. Find notes of Blackberry, Raspberry, and Pepper.

A Belgian white ale with a California twist, brewed with orange peel and coriander. The nose has notes of candy and citrus fruits, with a refreshing finish of Nelson Sauvin hops that’s perfect for those sunny days in LA. It’s a vacation in a glass!

Ritual’s take on the classic Belgian style Witbier. We begin with the finest Belgian 2-row malt along with unmalted wheat and barley for a truly authentic and complex base. We then spice it up with a dose of orange zest from our local orange groves, coriander and other spices. The result is a hazy, light-colored beer that is crowned with a long-lasting foam collar leaving a distinctive “Brussels Lace” on the inside of the glass. The delightful citrus nose and refreshing nature of this soft and supple beer quenches the thirst while gently scrubbing away the issues of the day. This beer stands alone as a wonderful session beer.

The name of this beer relates to the Order of the Norbertines, who founded the abbey of Middelburg in 1127. The Canons of this order wore white robes and hence were called 'witheren' (white men). The traditional malts combined with the wheat malts make for a beer that's soft and easily drinkable..

Witte Ezel ("white donkey") is good tasting witbier, a style of top-fermented beer that is flavored with such ingredients as coriander and lemon peels. The unusually high 7.0% alcohol (for a witbier) was hardly noticable.

WITTEKERKE FRAMBOIS uses Wittekerke Wit as its base and the brewer adds fresh raspberries and all natural sweeteners to the liquid to produce this refreshing brew. The beer has a nice pink tint and is perfect for a hot summer day.

Wittekerke speciale was created for the colder days, so it has a little stronger percentage and a gold-blondish colour. It is smooth with a fruity taste consisting of a touch of pears and cream. It encompasses a dry , creamy and powerful character.

Two Brothers set out to make a wide variety of creative and complex, yet balanced beers. But…once in a while we feel a need to “wobble” on the edge of really hoppy. Wobble IPA is golden in color with subtle malt character, big complex citrus and piney hop notes throughout.

This Imperial Stout is brewed with hints of Warrior One coffee - an organic, shade-grown blend from Costa Rica. Wolfgang Pils is named after master brewer Wolfgang Voigt. Wolfgang since 60s brewed beer had the ability to create their drömbryggd. He then created the German-themed Pils, named in his honor.

Some ideas are simply ahead of their time. The stuff in this can, however, is right on schedule. We channeled a madman’s spirit and wild ingenuity to create this truly unique version of a classic. Woodcutter Rye IPA is an aggressively hopped American style IPA. This beer is designed for the self proclaimed hop heads that will be enjoying our products. The large addition of Nugget and Amarillo Gold hops gives this beer a decisively bitter bite. After the initial bitterness subsides the drinker is directed to the fruity notes of the late addition Cascade hops leaving the drinker with a pleasant aftertaste. The use of crystal malts give this beer a light golden color, and the addition of rye malts aids in the body and head retention of the beer. Woodcutter Rye IPA is the strongest beer by both taste and ABV in the Branchline lineup and will be a favorite among the craft beer drinkers.
