Brewed to celebrate West Jefferson's Centennial. This Pale Ale brewed with Centennial Hops, local Fraser Fir Christmas Tree Tips and local Honey provide a unique, well balanced Pale Ale with that little something extra

You like them RED, BIG & Hoppy?! This Double Red/DIPA is a Centennial and Cascade-hopped behemoth that gives some unique citrus and resiny flavors/aromas.

Hazy yellow with a frothy white head and good lacing. Aroma is very lemony with grains, mineral notes and herbal notes. Taste is also lemony (a little less than the aroma) with a good malt backbone, grains, coriander and herbal notes. Light/medium body. Lively carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Nice and super refreshing Belgian Ale.

What can we say about this one? A bit of luck meets years of homebrewing experience? When it came time to test out our brewing system for the first time, we needed something that we wouldn't feel too bad about dumping if we had equipment troubles. One of our brewers had enough malt in his homebrew stock, which unfortunately wasn't being used due to all his spare time being spent helping get Six Row started, for a batch. However, it was a bit of a motley collection of ten (yes, ten!) malts, everything from wheat to pale to crystal to aromatic to our namesake. With a little supplemental malt from the local homebrew store, some Cascade and Goldings hops and a blend of US ale yeasts, the Whale (wheat/pale) ale was born. Pale copper in color, this is an interesting beer that has already been enjoyed by many. Let us know how you would describe it.

A crisp tart fruit beer brewed with pear juice. Unique honey chardonnay wine characteristics are derived from the combination of Nelson Sauvin, and European hops with flaked rice for a light refreshing finish. *Served in a wine glass.

A classic Northwest American Wheat, unfiltered and medium bodied. Refreshing notes of lemon make the need for a fruit garnish unnecessary.

Formerly known as "Wheeler Wheat," it is a light and refreshing beer to quench your thirst after a hard day of adventure seeking. An American-style wheat beer with just a hint of orange peel and coriander. Enjoy it with a slice of fruit if you like, just don't let the brewmaster see you!

Unfiltered, hazy, and medium yellow in color. We dry hop this beer to give it a pleasant citrusy aroma that blends nicely with the heartiness of the wheat malt. Our year round thirst quencher.

Harvest time. In Kansas, like other states in the Great Plains, the words “amber waves of grain” come alive. And as people who are no strangers to farms and farming ourselves, we thought it valuable to craft a beer that is made from the grain that Kansas is known for, and positively perfect for quenching your thirst at the end of a long, hard day of work – or play.

An American style of Wheat-wine made with 55% wheat malt and 45% pale malt at an elevated strength in alcohol similar to a Barley- wine. This beer is also hopped with the English varietal First Gold to 25 IBU's so it's very lightly hopped and more malt accented. Unfiltered, slightly hazy and burnished gold in color. This will be served in a Snifter glass due to the high strength of this beer.

True Hefeweizen yeast and malted wheat give this ale its authentic German flavor and aroma. Hints of banana flavor and aroma are present in this medium to full bodied, pale colored cloudy, unfiltered ale.

Wheatstone Bridge is a light and refreshing wheat beer with distinct flavors of honey and chamomile tea. Made by adding Minnesota honey to an American malted wheat base, the final step involves steeping chamomile tea. It falls into the 6D American Wheat style category as identified by the Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP).

Light and refreshing is the name of the game. This American Style Wheat, Helles, Amber blend is a great transition beer for those graduating from the "light" beer scene, and a nice retreat from bigger flavored craft beers. This starts light and crisp from the wheat, is greeted with a touch of breadiness of the Helles, and finishes with a hint of sweetness from the amber for a smooth beer start to finish.

Whipple's Wheat is an unfiltered, dry-hopped, Wheat Ale and is our vision for the perfect wheat beer. A bright, citrusy, hop aroma, paired with a mellow and full wheat finish. It leaves behind any of the traditional wheat beer phenolics to get in the way of the hops. Look for notes of grapefruit and pine. This beer pairs well with grilled salmon, mustard, and pulled pork. 4.8% Alcohol, 21.2 IBU’s

A soft pale ale with notes of ripe peach and citrus.

A welcoming ale, displaying warm mahogany earth tones accentuated by a thin veil of creamy foam head, our Honey Brown Ale is as inviting as the historic English pubs where the style originated. Slight roast malt character leads the nose to a warm sensuous balance of mild hop bitterness and sweet honey malt after notes. A clean, somewhat drying finish allows the sweetness of malt to shine through and remain as a memento for each sip. Quaffable in design, this ale will toast well in any social situation and keep you coming back for more. Cheers!

Fruity, refreshing, and touched with malt sweetness, Whistling Pig Hefeweizen is a bright reward for days under the sun. Crisp yet easygoing, Whistling Pig is an unfiltered wheat bier. Its classically cloudy appearance characterizes the best German hefeweizens. That a hefe this authentic is born in the great Pacific Northwest makes Whistling Pig Hefeweizen all the more delightful.

Celis White is made using Pierre Celis’ original recipe from 1965, when he revived the witbier style on his father’s barn in Belgium. Brewed with the highest quality ingredients, Celis White is a light and hazy yellow wheat beer, ideal for sipping during the hot summer months. An easy-drinking session beer laced with flavors of orange peel, spice and coriander, take a step back in time and enjoy the first witbier, Celis White.

Our ‘’white’’ beer is designed and manufactured to celebrate the beauty of the aroma, the taste and the quality of our local fresh ingredients. Freshly ground Cypriot coriander, orange zest from hand peeled unwaxed Cypriot oranges together with fresh chamomile straight from the mountains are beautifully combined with our aromatic hops to please your senses and allow you to get a fresh taste of Cyprus with every sip.

Our Belgian White is brewed with high quality pilsner and wheat malts, generously spiced with coriander and fresh orange peel. Belgian yeast provides the traditional refreshingly tart, spicy, and fruity flavor profile while the wheat protein and yeast give a customary hazy appearance and contribute to the flavor and mouth feel.

In a nod to local culture we’ve added some iconic local ingredients to our Belgian inspired witbier, or White Ale. Traditional White Ales call for a healthy dose of dried orange peel and nothing says Arizona like the abundant, locally grown citrus we use in this beer. White ales also call for a portion of un-malted wheat so we tapped our friends at Hayden Flour Mills and procured some Arizona-grown Sonoran White Wheat to fit the bill.
