Double IPA brewed with NY maple syrup and aged with French oak chips. LIMITED. We took an 8.2% ABV, 55 IBU Double IPA & introduced maple syrup locally sourced near our brewery in Western New York & moderately toasted french oak chips. Roasted malts bring a deep amber hue that’s matched by drums of maple syrup, which are added to help boost fermentation & provide a clean, earthy component with a slight residual sweetness. Cascade, Centennial & Chinook hops coalesce to create a spicy, floral, citrus & piney aroma. Finally, the beer is aged on oak chips to round out its mouthfeel & provide amazing balance to each sip.

A Double India Pale Ale with spicy citrus aromas and stone fruit flavors. These flavors, with the addition of lightly roasted malts and brilliant hop bitterness, make 2XTangier a beverage as refreshing as it is exotic. 2XTangier is brewed as a stronger, bolder ale than its older brother, Tangier. It shares the same synergy between tangerine peel and spicy, citrusy, Mosaic hops. Enjoy 2XTangier in celebration of your epic adventure.

2x4 India Pale Ale (7% ABV, 65 IBUs) sports Columbus, Nugget and Amarillo hops for a spicy, citrusy blend in both flavor and aroma. Backed by golden pale malts and a kick from flaked rye, the hops are pleasantly robust with just the right touch of bitterness at the end.

A dark, malty India Black Ale with a huge hop profile presenting itself through roasted malts. We brewed 2XIBA with epically dark muscovado sugar which imparts some color and residual sugar while helping the ale yeast achieve 8.0% abv. Fans of our Iniquity Imperial Black Ale will no doubt be reminded of the critically lauded beer in the fall seasonal 2XIBA. We reimagined a favorite retired beer, creating a perfect addition to our seasonal 2X series lineup. Autumn will be a little darker this year!

Swedish flags are a fairly common sight in our part of the country. Holiday parties often have warm concoctions of spices and booze at the ready to knock the ice off of toes while raising spirits. We were inspired by a “Glögg” party, deciding on the spot to brew a beer that pays tribute to this Nordic tradition. 2xMas Ale combines traditional brewing ingredients with figs, orange peels, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and ginger root. It’s a holiday addition to the 2X line and another reason to toast to the season, but unlike Glögg, we recom- mend serving this one chilled.

Espresso is a drink that is not for the faint of heart. Pulling a perfect shot is as much a science as it is an art form. Come to think of it, the same can be said for brewing beer. Of course, both coffee and beer have certain, shall we say, ‘uplifting’ qualities. To combine the two is a natural progression. Our 2xStout is considered by many to be a perfect milk stout. We started with that in mind, and added espresso beans and lemon peels for a true Italian style pick-me-up. The result is a stout so black, so rich, and so creamy, it’d be at home in a café served with biscotti. Yet, it’s beer.

2XSMaSH is the newest in our line of single varietal India Pale Ales brewed with Mosaic hops and Special pale malt. Even simplified to one variety of hop and one type of malt, it is amazing how complex the flavor is. Mosaic hops are known for their luxurious tropical citrus notes like passionfruit and work absolutely brilliantly with the richness of Special Pale malt. Cheers!

Our 3 year anniversary beer is a Belgian-style tripel brewed with a touch of Rye and aged for months on Hess Collection Cabernet barrels.

It's no secret we love our Beagles, so why not name a beer after them? English style brown ale, no north or south, just English brown. A dry ale with layers of darker malt, chocolate, hints of dry roast, toffee and some coffee.

A few Brazilian brewers came all the way to Norway to brew a big giant of a stout. Keeping in line with giants we tossed a few magic beans in the brew for good measure. Ingredients: water, malt, hops, yeast, tonka and coco beans.

Is a straw to gold coloured all malt ‘Pale Ale’ of distinct flavour and bouquet. Using a world famous UK floor malted barley as a base, 3 Bolt Pale is a genuine craft beer. Classic old world bittering hops impart a spice-defined palate with floral characters, whilst the late kettle, new world aroma hops result in a pleasant citrus and pine needle nose that segues into stonefruit. A clean finish consistent with its top fermenting yeast culture, 3 Bolt Pale is a flavoursome craft ale, best drunk young and preferably in the presence of the brewer!

This APA is brewed with hops that are readily available to us. Very similar to the 4 day Weekend.

Our manufacturing went to maximum overdrive with kilos of dark malts, Northern Brewer and Cascade hops. Though it's flood of dark fruit flavor and hop aroma is big, this beer remains amazingly well balanced and easy to drink. Tin Man presents 3 Gear as the new working class beer.

An American pale ale, brewed with our friends and co-political activists at Sun King Brewing Co. This beer was brewed to raise awareness about our legislative push to redefine what a microbrewery is in Indiana. Under 2010 law, small breweries were limited to 20,000 barrels. Thanks to the work of Sun King and other Indiana craft brewers, this was raised to 30,000 barrels on April 11, 2011. Although this is a great gain, more work needs to be done with legislature to help craft beer grow in Indiana. Call your representative to let them know what valuable small businesses craft breweries are.

Slightly cloudy yellow wheat Ale with off white head. Lite sweet banana flavor with a hint of clove on the front end. Lingering banana notes thru-out. Delicate mouth feel. Great served with a slice of Orange.

Winter Ale

Faith, Hope, and Charity. The backdrop of Central Oregon features these lovely sisters which are three of the highest peaks in Oregon. We use three main types of malt and hops to represent these Central Oregon landmarks. This beautiful beer has a sunset red appearance to remind us of their presence at the end of the day. Like many peaks you might aspire to climb, these sisters can be both bitter and sweet, as the select hops represent the northwest in every way possible.
