Our interpretation of a Table Gose. Brewed with acidulated malts, 60% white wheat, fresh coriander from Stock & Spice in Portsmouth, NH, and sea salt varieties from Salt Cellar in Portsmouth, NH. Think a gentle lemonade made with Moroccan preserved lemons.

Strong, pungent, resiny fumes waft from this pale golden colored ale while a pinching bitterness tingles the sides and tip of your tongue. A light grain maltiness rounds out the first taste, with hop bitterness lingering before it leaves a clean finish to clear out your palate. A hop lover's heaven!

Aglianico is a red wine grape thought to be one of the oldest varietals and brought to Italy by the ancient Greeks. Cultivated in the small quantities by the Orsi Family in Dry Creek, this spicy and tannic fruit blends well with our soft Global Kolsch.

Agonic Line is a true to style Vienna Lager. Malty aroma and sweetness are achieved with a combination of domestic and imported malts, with subtle bitterness from noble hop strikes in the kettle. A smooth and unwavering brew, this perfect combination of ingredients is sure to lead you in the right direction. Agonic [ey-gon-ik] Line : A line on a chart that has no magnetic variation; i.e., on which true north is the same as magnetic north.

This liberation begins its journey as DBA then continues through a “chrysalis” process involving 87% French and 13% American Oak barrels, and our proprietary collection of micro flora. To blend, we selected beer matured eight to 24 months in barrels, creating a synergistic beer. Immediately, toasted oak and lemon pith swirl on the nose and palate, followed by an amazing harmony of vanilla, coconut, Earl Grey tea and spice. The finish is crisp, with mouth-watering acidity and chewy tannins. Since we age, blend and bottle these beers once a year, there will be slight variation with each release. A santé!

After the Applebocq and the Redbocq, the Brasserie du Bocq is pleased to announce the birth of the Agrumbocq … The idea for the Agrumbocq arose first of all in the mind of our master brewer. Once again, the starting point is our white beer made by top fermentation to which mandarin juice and the natural aromas of grapefruit and lime are added. Its cloudy appearance, its natural pink grapefruit colour, its fine slightly pinkish head and its pleasantly fruity fragrance are certainly going to delight the most delicate palates. A perfect balance is achieved through the sweet and acid taste of the citrus fruit and the slight bitterness that it releases. It is defined as a very light and refreshing beer. You are advised to drink it very cool. It is ideal after sport! It has barely 3% alcohol volume. The Agrumbocq is currently available in kegs and 25-cl bottles.

A very nice, highly addictive, RYE IPA. If a crack dealer was dealing beers, he would slang this beer because it will hook you.

Ahtanum (hops) is an aroma-type cultivar bred by Yakima Chief Ranches (Washington state). Its name is derived from the area near Yakima where the first hop farm was established in 1869 by Charles Carpenter. This hop has very similar qualities to the coveted casade hops.

Funky Notion #5! A frothy mocha head on top of a solid black body, roasty and sharp aromas, dry and tart front palate followed by a gentle charred and sour finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, imported chocolate, black and biscuit malt, Perle, East Kent Goldings hops and our proprietary Belgian yeast strain, then aged for 9 months on American Oak Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and B. claussenii.

We replaced 100% of our brewing water with Maple sap straight from locally tapped Maple trees, which lends an underlying wood-like character similar to the effect of oak barrel aging. Caramel and Munich malts play a supporting role to the familiar flavor of Maple syrup. Being a simple sugar, maple is easily fermented down to a dry, refreshing finish!

Airdale Bombshell, is a crisp and refreshing Belgian golden ale, made from all Belgian ingredients. Pilsner malts, candi sugars, and an aromatic golden ale yeast were combined to give us a pale blonde ale with aromas of cloves and bubblegum, and a distinctive Belgian "funk"! At 8.3% alcohol, this beer packs a punch while remaining light and refreshing; perfect for the summer months. Available during the months of July thru September, Bombshell is great paired with many mainstay summer foods!

Classic Belgian and English yeasts combine fruity esters with a deep malt presence for a creamy, chocolate finish. After drinking this decadent beer, one may feel at ease to tell friends how they’ve disappointed in the past year.

A blonde ale that is very light in color and body with no bitterness. A thirst quenching, American light-bodied blonde ale.

Brewed by Jeroen on the occasion of their wedding. Fermented with fresh peaches and aged in bourbon barrels.

This one is a monster! 'Aka Manah' imperial stout weighs in at 10.5% abv and is named after the demon of sensual, wicked desire. Rich chocolate, dark toffee and brulee'd sugar notes abound in a deceptively easy, smooth finish.
