A modern interpretation of a classic farmhouse ale that celebrates American innovation. We kicked tradition to the curb, adding a generous amount of rye and American Mosaic hops to create a rustic Saison that’s earthy & fruity, with intense aromatics of juicy citrus.

Our brown ale is loaded with chocolate and caramel malts. Adding some US hops to the brew keeps this one interesting.

Rich English malt and East Kent Golding hops combine to create a nice session ale with an ever so slight bite. Named after our owner’s Catholic middle school.

Sitting down to discuss brewing a lighter beer style, appropriate for summer, Mark Hunger and Luther Paul, head brewers for Great Lakes and Lakefront, respectively, talked about brewing a hoppy wheat ale. The two brewers settled on a hopfenweizen, a style that emerged within the last decade, and melds American brewers’ skillful use of hops with the centuries-old German hefeweizen tradition. The collaborative brew’s apricot and orange aromas come from a healthy dose of U.S. grown hops, including the experimental Yellow Sub hop blend that Great Lakes contributed to the mix.

Working with famed chef, Marc Vetri, we designed this recipe to be one that is tart and complex. In Italian, Alla Spina means “from the tap,” and that’s how we expect you to enjoy this golden delight.

Full-bodied, malty aroma, tart - tastes like spring. Just in time, when the first warm rays of spring sun illuminate the minds again, our Maibock is ripe. Pale malt, caramel malt and our fresh spring water Solling go a while the gentle brewing process, a very tasty partnership. Our Urpils has been known for 150 years and is like no other brand name Allersheim. We are proud of. As a top beer Pilsener style after it is brewed from selected raw materials - the finest pale malt from barley, hops from the Hallertau and soft spring water from the Solling. His friends will appreciate the soft, delicate tangy taste and malzbetonten. The gold of the Weserbergland literally melts on the tongue and has received several awards from the DLG.

A smooth and easy drinking beer, sort of a cross between our Export and the Naughty Nurse. Very similar to an Octoberfest. It is sweet and carmel-like due to the use of German malt and hops, and an extended cold lagering, or aging, period. Brewed for the 2015 AAC Basketball Tournament, which is being held at the XL Center March 12-15. Alley-oop is a football and basketball term that generally means a high arching pass. In basketball, another player (hopefully on the same team) catches the ball in mid air and dunks it into the basket. The name is said to derive from the French expression “Allez! Hop!” (Go! Jump!), which circus performers would yell just before taking off on the high wire trapeze.

In a surprising turn of events, rival superpowers have joined forces to bring a beer of might to the world. According to top-secret documents, recently unclassified, brewmasters for 21st Amendment in California and Ninkasi in Oregon began their brewing careers together many years ago. The two leaders reunited recently at a secret camp in the Sierras to devise their master plan. “We are more alike than we are different,” said 21st Amendment’s Shaun O’Sullivan. “We must unite in our common cause,” added Ninkasi’s Jamie Floyd. The resulting collaboration, an ale brewed with California dates, an aggressive arsenal of all-Northwest hops and an unmistakable aroma of victory, deals a unified blow to unoriginal beers everywhere. ALLIES WIN THE WAR! is 21st Amendment Brewery's first ever collaboration beer, a traditional English-style Strong ale aged on native California dates and dry hopped with all-Northwest aroma hops. This Strong Ale has caramel, toffee, plum, fig and date in a wallop rich malt flavor with a robust hop flavor and balancing this full flavored treat. Citrus, pine and earthy describe the hop nose that comes from a huge dry hop of the Falconer’s Flight Hop Blend. The beer is also aged on Real California Dates imparting even more natural fruit flavor and deepening the Mahogany hue of this delicious collaboration.

This is a nice big black beer loaded with chocolate and coffee aromas, good roasted notes and breadiness. Rich, sweet in flavor and a nice amount of hops to balance it out.

Unfiltered pale ale with Amarillo and Vic Secret hops.

Oatmeal Stout brewed with Belgian dark chocolate and toasted almonds.. This Oatmeal Stout is brewed with over 6 pounds per barrel of fresh toasted almonds and a generous portion of Belgian dark chocolate. Full bodied with an aroma of dark chocolate this stout has a subtle taste of toasted almond and a nutty, bittersweet chocolate finish.

Rise & shine summer beer aficionados! The “summer” hops in Almost Summer Pale Ale are the stars of this new brew from FSB. Now, if those bright hop notes of apricot, melon, and stone fruit aren’t quite enough for you, we have added Pilsner malt for a crisp clean mouth feel. And to finish brewing Almost Summer, a precisely measured amount of caramel malt was added for some sunny sweetness…so, don’t forget the sunscreen!

Pineapple IPA

"Dude, you need to brew a beer with pineapple and jalapeno!" This inspiration, of course, came while eating a Hawaiian fire pizza with those toppings. We brewed this American Golden Ale with massive amounts of pineapple, two-row, crystal, and dextrine malts, Amarillo hops, honey, and roasted jalapeno.
