Back in the day this spot used to be a car dealer and repair shop, when we did demo in the garage (now brewery) and several other places on site, we found layer after layer of asphalt. The name of this black as night Irish dry stout was inspired by the darkness of that rubble. Pushed with nitrogen, this beer has a nice cascade and creamy head. Low on hops, its soft and dry, but rich with roasted flavors. Yum!

Our award winning 2x4s cousin. The * double ipa uses copious amounts of mosaic hops that give this beer strong notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, mango and berries. Brewed with a blend of Great western 2-row, light crystal, mosaic hops and some top secret stuff.

It has a sweet and spicy, complex fruity aroma and flavor derived from our distinct Belgian yeast strain. Asylum finishes with a subtle, warming character to help you relax on any night. One of several installments of our Athena Paradiso series, this berliner-weisse bursts with citrus and tropical notes from the passion fruit while the guava adds just the right amount of sweetness. In 1475, the 1st Earl of Atholl vanquished his enemies after filling their well with an intoxicating mixture of Scotch whisky, oats and honey. This legend has been kept alive by the equally legendary whisky concoction known as Atholl Brose. Drawing inspiration from this tradition, we’ve crafted our Scotch ale with Central Texas Wildflower honey, flaked oats, and oak infused with a blend of single malt Scotch whiskies.

Atlas Double I.P.A. is exactly what people around the US and the world are looking for in a big hoppy bold West Coast D.I.P.A., but with the drinkability you do not find in a lot of beers this style. We have balanced the strong bitterness you would expect this beer to have with huge dank aromas and a malt back bone that makes this beer so easy to drink. "This beer is right up my alley" is what Stone Brewing Founder Greg Koch said upon drinking this tasty elixir of the gods, which could only be named after one.
