The New Year sees the welcome return of the mighty Archer Stout. The origins of Archer date back to 1951 and was so popular when it was first released, it is still being requested to this day. Archer Stout’s sharp, favoured flavour is brewed using a combination of five malts to deliver a detailed and rich quality taste that we have developed and improved. This full bodied ale is created by using Target hops to produce a taste so deep and rich, it’s sure to send a quiver down your spine. Arctic Devil Barley Wine, aptly named after the ferocious wolverine of the north, is an English-style (meaning malt-inclined) barley wine. Though the recipe and process for Arctic Devil have evolved over the years, it is brewed once a year then aged in oak barrels for several months before the entire batch is blended, bottled and released. ARCTURUS IPA Burning a mere 36.7 light years away, the orange giant Arcturus is one of the brightest stars in the sky. Arcturus IPA unites a constellation of “C” hops (Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus) in the boil to create a formidable IPA. Strong citrus notes shine in a medium body accented by honey malt. Our ode to the new hops in town. Hawaiian fruit punch, dark red candy / black cherry with a little herbal green resin. Mouthfeel is soft, creamy, a real beaut.
