a bready and caramelly ale made with hickory bark to lend a smokey and marshmallow-like character. balanced perfectly between maltiness and hoppiness.

Formulated by our new head brewer Mike Barker. He has one many national and international accolades for his interpretation of this style. K�lsch is a unique local top fermented style of Cologne-Bonne metropolitan area where it is produced by about a dozen breweries. Distinctively pale, golden color. Alcohol content by volume under 4.5%. Serve at cellar temperatures with sausage.

Uses 15% wheat malt to lighten the body & flavor of this pale, golden beer...a light hop finish.

Brown to black color, medium body. Strong bitterness with just a hint of roasty dark malt flavors. Aggressive citrus and tropical fruit hop aromas blend with the dark fruit aromas from the Belgian yeast fermentation. Hops include Simcoe, Mosaic and Galaxy.

A huge malt bill give this fall seasonal beer its unique canvas. 60 pounds of locally hand picked pumpkin are roasted and glazed with brown sugar and honey in our pubs pizza oven. The pumpkin flesh (no skin, it adds an astringent bitterness) is added to the mash melding with the already complex grist. American hop varieties provide a formidable bitterness and some great flavor and aroma. At the end of the boil the wort is spiced with ginger, coriander, cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg, and more brown sugar help sculpt this 7.6% pumpkin beer. After the fermentation the beer spends a little over a week on vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks!

Barking Squirrel is a 5% ABV amber lager with a distinct rich burnt orange colour and subtle noble hop aroma. Its medium body, pleasant hop bitterness and caramel malt sweetness makes it smooth and drinkable with a slight hop aftertaste.

Traditional German Style Octoberfest beer brewed with Munich malt and Czech Saaz hops as well as Uncle Bear's own lager yeast strain. This fall seasonal recipe is smooth and slightly sweet and lightly hopped. Prost!

An American IPA made with a single barley malt and a single hop strain, “Chinook” — hence, “Barley & Chinook.” However, this beer has a deeper meaning, as Barley and Chinook are the names of brewer Shane Welch’s two dogs. Fermented with a classic American ale yeast.

Australian Special Bitter

Barley Legal is Southern Prohibition Brewing’s English style Barleywine Style Ale and the first of its kind. It is Mississippi’s first barleywine and Southern Prohibition’s first beer in our barrel series. It is also the first beer we’ve brewed with intentions of selling in our home state but were unable to due to our current alcohol by volume cap (10.2% ABV). Aged in both bourbon and rye whiskey barrels then blended, this beautiful beer crosses state lines in our hand stamped, hand labeled and individually waxed bottles. Whether you consume now or lay it down for aging, we hope you enjoy this flavorful ale as much as we do.

Aged in cognac, Spanish rum and bourbon barrels and blended after aging.

This is a complex offering with hint of citrus aroma. Six types of hops are added during the brewing process, lending a deep flavor profile with a sweetly spiced finish.

Considered the Port Wine of the brewing world, this beer is assertive in every aspect. This matures and changes with time, offering a rich complexity, not usually associated with beer. Many commercial products are even vintage dated to help manage stock.
