Aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for two years, Fisherman’s Dubbel is a Belgian-style Abbey ale, in the grand tradition of the many fishing monks before us, aboard our floating monastery. Sautéed to perfection over the course of five hours this beer has a full body with some slight phenolic notes and hints of dark fruit. A mild hop aroma with no lingering notes of bitterness and a sweet finish. Take your time, relax and enjoy this unique offering.

A big, floral, citrusy nose with hints of blood orange, brett and oak. This refreshingly sour, light bodied IPA is reminiscent of lemon grass and has a strong oak character carries through to a very dry finish. Eik Zon is Dutch for “oak sun”, a name that is derived from the aroma and flavors of this very limited, barrel aged Belgian style IPA. Aged for 8 months in oak and dry hopped with copious amounts of Simcoe hops and orange peel.

Elysium is simply a place or condition of ideal happiness. Our idea of happiness is a barrel aged stout to share with family and good friends. Each barrel we use is carefully selected, a little wild, filled with stout, and aged till it’s ready. There is no hurrying a barrel. For this we think the effort is well worth the wait.

True to the Norgrove's Scottish Heritage, this Wee Heavy is brewed with Scottish malts and lightly hopped with East Kent Goldings. Aged in a new French Oak barrel for 30 days.

Our Oatmeal Stout takes advantage of the silkiness oats provide for a beer. Layered between roasted and chocolate malts, this full-bodied, full-flavored stout is pitch black with a tan head. Earthy English hops round out the sweetness and create a dark concoction to be enjoyed day or night

We didn’t set out to reinvent the wheel, just to perfect and personalize it. Brewed in 2013 and laid to rest in rye whiskey barrels for 16 months. Made with Crystal, Carafa, roasted, chocolate, and aromatic malts with a touch of wheat, rye and oats for additional body. Hops include Caliente, Willamette and Exp 6300. All the components are present: a rich, roasted taste with hints of chocolate from the malt; coconut, vanilla and whiskey from the barrel. Our version is unique in our use of oats and rye in the grist and rye whiskey barrels for aging.
