The Balmain Pale Ale was launched in May 2010 in celebration of tradition, mates and pub culture. A distinctive full flavoured English–style ale, the Balmain Pale Ale displays a rich malt character upfront which is derived from a blend of two base and three speciality malts. Used in conjunction the result is a beautiful golden-copper colour with hints of sweet caramel on the palate. Malt is balanced with a mix of 3 complementary Hop varieties that give an assertive yet clean bitterness, along with an aroma providing hints of citrus hue and mild spice notes. The Balmain Pale Ale is all natural and unfiltered, and at 4.9% ABV, it’s perfect to enjoy on its own or paired with your favourite local dish. The Balmain Summer Ale is a fresh golden ale that derives its tropical fruit character from three hits of Galaxy hops. Balanced with a slightly dry finish thanks to Australian wheat. Leaving the yeast in gives a cloudy appearance but keeps the beer brewery fresh.

What do heavy metal and Baltic Porters have in common? According to our head brewer, everything; loud, intense, turned up to eleven. Rich, heavy, malt body fermented with a Munich lager yeast strain and refined by months of traditional cold maturation.

Aromas of caramel, toffee and toast with hints of licorice lead into complex flavors of dark coffee roast, baker’s chocolate, molasses and dried fruit.

Baltic Porter is a real beer for a real Nordic man (or woman). Baltic Porters were originally brewed strong in order to stand the long travel from the UK to the Baltic region. The style was well-suited to the cold winter in that part of the world. Baltic Porters (sometimes called Imperial Stouts or Double Brown Stouts) are jet black with a dense tan colored head and have coffee, chocolate and toffee like flavors and aromas, with some smoky and sulphuric notes. Warming: alcohol strength and a full body balance out a distinct bitterness originating from the German Hallertau hops and UK black patent malt.

A Northern European staple, our Baltic Porter is a savory, bold lager. Dark and smooth, showcasing hints of chocolate, coffee, and dark fruits(grape, plum).

At 10% ABV, this mammoth Porter is fermented with Lager yeast and then aged for 4 months in one of our large oak foeders. Notes of cherry and plum are found in the aroma, while flavors of oak, vanilla and coffee round out the flavor of this beer. Perfect for the changing of the seasons.

Unlike their British cousins, Baltic Porters are often brewed with lager yeast, which is the tradition we follow. Big & bold, with flavors of coffee, dark fruit & raisins, this black beer is smooth as a chocolate swirl.

A version of the classic Baltic Porter, brewed with fellow beer community friends Stevie Caldarola and Lee Williams. Fermented with a blend of Irish ale yeast and Sixpoint house yeast, and a 17.0% smoked malt! The smoked malt is cured over a beechwood fire, imparting a nice phenol earthiness to the beer. Made with a blend of American hops.

The Baltika #3 Classic beer was first launched in 1992 and has been traditionally the most popular beer among Russian consumers since the mid-90ies due to its invariably high quality. The year of 2004 witnessed a "new birth" of the Baltika #3: the glass bottle received a new shape and label, which was accompanied by the first canning of the brand. In May 2006 the Baltika #3 was produced in an innovative package: a premium 1 liter PET-package that looks practically the same as the half-liter glass bottle. In 2007 the Baltika #3 bottle received an embossed lettering. At the same time the brand was produced in a one-liter aluminum can that was new for the market. In April 2008 a 1.5-liter PET bottle with a "football" design was produced for the Baltika #3, especially for the Russian Football Championship. The PET-glass material has high protective qualities and keeps the most popular Russian beer fresh for a longer period. Due to the high demand the production of this popular brand keeps growing. By the results of the 2008, the volume of sales amounted +7,5% (Business Analytica) , which allows the brand to remain a certain leader in the medium-price segment. Today the Classic beer is exported to over 40 countries around the world, including Germany, Japan, Great Britain, the United Arab Emirates, Greece, France, and Ireland. Baltika Munich is easy unfiltered wheat beer, which embodied the tradition of the Bavarian brewing. Baltika Breweries studied hundreds recipes of German Weiss Beer and selected the best of them. This recipe was the basis for new products. Wheat has always been used in brewing, but production of high-quality wheat beer has its own characteristics, and therefore requires from brewers the great skill and experience. Thick dense foam, pleasant, refreshing taste - characteristic features of the Baltika Munich. In its aftertaste audible notes banana, pear and cloves. Baltika Munich will give a new facets taste of juicy meat dishes. Packing of Baltika Munich has classical German-style: inscription Munich Gothic type on the background of all shades of gold, wheat and amber - all this even before the first drink creates the feeling of the typical taste of the German Weiss beer.
