The delicate nature of our Blue-Eyed Belgian Blonde was enhanced by a three-month sojourn in Archery Summit Pinot Noir barrels, infusing it with notes of grape must, subtle cherry, and wisps of oak. Our regular blonde smiles at you - this beer is winking.

Bona Fide Imperial Stout is a special one off beer in collaboration with Paul Hayden and The Wine and Cheese Place. We aged our Bona Fide Imperial Stout in this single barrel of Elijah Craig 12 year. A very special project that will likely never repeat. This version of Bona Fide pours midnight black with a smooth velvety mouthfeel. Aromas of whisky, vanilla, espresso, and dark chocolate take center stage. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.

This special version of BA BORIS was aged in very special Canadian Whiskey barrels, instead of Kentucky Bourbon barrels. What you get is a crisper, cleaner character imparted from the barrel aging, which is a refreshing twist on this specialty – our highest rated beer.

An imperial version of our Brrr Seasonal Ale aged in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels.

Barrel Aged Brrrbon '11 is a smooth winter warmer and the first release as part of the Alchemy Project. Following the initial brewing process of Brrr, the beer was given a fresh charge of hops during secondary fermentation and then put into Kentucky Bourbon barrels and aged for four months. After barrel aging, the beer was allowed a tertiary fermentation for final conditioning before release.

This beer is a rare treat! The Imperial Porter was transferred into four Heaven Hill bourbon barrels in October 2014. In May of 2015, we added 55 pounds of fresh sweet cherries amongst the four barrels. Then in November 2015, we blended all four barrels into stainless and decided 55 pounds wasn’t enough. So we added 40 more pounds of tart cherries and let it age on the cherries for three more months! The Cherry Porter has a great cherry aroma and well-rounded flavor of cherries and rich malt character. The ABV is 8.5% and won’t last long.

Milk stout aged in oak bourbon barrels

Aged in Jack Daniels barrels for three months and cellared for nine this stout is rich in flavor and incredibly complex. Look for notes of coffee, roast, toffee, dark fruits (plum and raisin), vanilla, oak, and a touch of whiskey. Incredibly smooth.

The thick body of this Russian Imperial Stout finishes sweet, with a piney resinous hop character.
