French pastry chef Pierre Hermé is credited with creating the Ispahan Macaron, a combination of Raspberry macarons with a Lychee and Rose ganache. We have used a similar combination in this variation of our Berliner Weisse that we hope you enjoy.

Originally called our Black IPA, our Cascadia Dark has become a favorit around the brewery. Black in color, this aggressively hopped ale is smooth with a clean, dry finihs.

Sweet and malty with a warming alcohol finish, this beer is perfectly suited for cool evenings during the late summer months. A handful of peat kilned malt lends a slight smoky flavor that harkens back to the traditional brewing techniques of Scotland, when kilts and bagpipes were all the rage.

First released as F.U.N. 006 - Cherries of Fire over there years ago, it is now reprised as BBH with Cherries. 20,160 pounds of cherries, to be exact!

70% Four Roses, 30% Makers Mark Aged with Madagascar and Mexican vanilla beans

Crisp, clean, refreshing cream ale, which is an ale version of an American lager. Definitely needed after or during the act of mowing the lawn!

Be Still is our dark sour and presented barrel-still, without carbonation, for optimum mouthfeel and balance. Brewed with roasted barley and biscuit malts, the structure of the beer comes from acid produced by our house lactobacillus culture as well as acid from brettanomyces and pediococcus activity during the 10-month aging period in rye whiskey and fresh pinot noir barrels. Prior to bottling, the rye and wine portions are blended together and allowed to sit on cascara (sun-dried exterior fruit of the coffee bean) and cocoa nibs to add depth and complexity. The beer retains the fingerprint of our yeast culture and evolves in your glass, but is a wild departure from our lively bottle-fermented offerings. Be Still is a glimpse into an alternative beer universe that is just waiting to be explored. Due to the nature of this beer (yeast-free), it is recommended that you consume the beer fresh within 6 months of batch date on bottle to avoid oxidation flavors from shrouding your experience.

The Beach Bear has awoken from his hibernation just in time for the Texas Summer (April-September). Beach Bear is light bodied, crisp, slightly sweet, and a little fruity from the whole cone American hops added late in the boil and after fermentation. Cascade and Green magic combine to provide a grassy, grapefruit, orange, lychee, and kiwi hop flavor that melds nicely with a primarily pilsner based beer. Our house yeast provides a lager like drinkability to this ale that makes it a quaffable option for the hot summer that doesn't lack in flavor!

Our Beach Blonde Ale is an easy drinking golden/straw colored Ale for those unaccustomed to spicy, small batch hand crafted beers. Beach Blonde is a lightly hopped, barley malt with exceptional balance. A light and refreshing brew for any occasion and any palate. It weighs in with a respectable 5.5% ABV. 20 IBU

Beach House Amber Ale was created as a simple and clean, medium bodied ale. It has subtle earthy notes in its malt character which are balanced by a light hop profile. Perfect for a sunny day.

The aroma is nice & hoppy with notes of pine, grass, citrus, balancing undertones of sweet malts. Taste is a refreshing blend of grassy, piney & citrusy hops with a touch of caramel malts.
