Hallertauer hops from the Yakima Valley of Washington State give this English style pale ale its distinctive flavor and hoppiness. A large amount of malted barley is used in the brewing process which gives Chukkar Ale a full, rich body.

We enjoy our Oatmeal Stout for its silky smooth mouth feel, medium body, and roasty malt flavors, aromas and thick head. In addition, this Stout offers up the wonderful compliment of subtle dark chocolate, cocoa nib notes in the flavor and aroma.

In honor of our first anniversary we give you a new twist on an old favorite: a helles with Weyermann’s famous floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt. We use techniques that are centuries old, for the highest quality malt from the highest quality barley and ferment using Andechs Bavarian lager yeast. Thanks to those who made these first two years great and those who will make the years to come even better - and prefer their lagers crafty!

Deep honey Amber in color with a tan silky head, tropical and stone fruit, citrus and pine aromas, smooth bready and earthy mouthfeel, followed by a bright sharp finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Pilsner and Munich, Castle Crystal and Simpson Maris Otter malt, Mosaic and Simcoe hops with our proprietary English Yeast strain.

We always liked the notion of a beer, ahem, transforming into a cider. After procuring some juice from our good friends and neighbors over at Colorado Cider Company—we went to work. The result is a delicious “rustic apple ale” possessing characteristics of both a cider and a beer. Here’s to great neighbors and Saturday morning cartoons!

We both love rosé wines, sparkling & still, and we wanted to try making a cider version. To do this we’ve blended two quintessentially Tasmanian products together: apples and pinot noir. This is a pink lady apple cider that we’ve blushed with 6% pinot noir. The red wine is mostly for the colour, but brings a subtle, dry raspberry flavour to the cider.

We age our cider In New Holland Brewery's Knickenbocker Gin Barrels. The result is a cider with the fresh infusion of Gin, juniper berry, coriander, angelica root,clove and nutmeg.

Our Flanders-Style Red was brewed using a “sour mash” method with 6 different grains, lightly hopped and finished with a Belgian yeast, giving this limited-offer brew plenty of tartness with a slightly-oaked finish. Available on tap and in 750ml champagne bottles while supplies last.

Cincinnatus Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

Brewed in the tradition of a classic German style that was intended for consumption in the spring. Our Mai Bock combines four local malts and several Noble hop varieties with a Bavarian lager yeast. Malty, pale yellow, big, and quite dangerous. OG 17 Plato (1.068) 5.8% by weight 7.3% by volume

Smoky and rich this brew begins with a rush of smoky, almost savory, aromas and flavors. The distinctive campfire smokiness of a rauchbier lingers and begins to reveal the rich and velvety malt smoothness of a double bock with notes of toffee and caramel. Cinnabilly has an appealing look and aroma. This clear, caramel colored gem emits a soft potpourri of cinnamon sticks, brown sugar, and hints of vanilla. Sweet malt flavors allow for an array of sensations, ranging from toasted almonds to cinnamon graham crackers. The pleasant addition of cinnamon creates wonderful accents throughout the beer that are never overwhelming.
