D'Automne was the first of our Entrepôt series of "warehouse ales." Originally available in draft only under the moniker [oats], d'Automne is now our fall seasonal saison-style ale featuring a generous portion of oats and fermented with a blend of French and American yeast strains. Orange in color and slightly hazy, with notes of citrus and pepper and a luxuriant mouthfeel from the oats.
This unfiltered Belgian ale has a cloudy amber appearance and aromas of light fruit such as pear or apricot. The complex malty flavor is driven by notes of caramel and fruity esters. A traditional Trappist yeast strain was used giving this dubbel an authentic Belgian character.
The second beer in our Entrepôt "warehouse ale" series, [d'hiver] is a dark winter saison-style ale brewed with rye and spices. This beer is fermented with our blend of French and American yeast strains. Mahogany in color, with notes of caramel, rye bread, orange, citrus spice, and anise.
D'ICER is a copper-colored Dunkelweizen in the munich tradition with over 50% wheat, Munich & Vienna malts to give it a remarkable colore and ruchness. Bavarian yeast and just the right amount of Noble hops make this beer a great thirst quencher.
South German-Style Dunkel Weizen / Dunkel Weissbier
This beer has an unmistakable roasted chile aroma and flavor without being too hot. The whole chile is used to infuse the beer with a mild green chile flavor leaving just a hint of heat on the back end.
A complex, layered hop mixture makes D's Pale Ale well rounded with a strong grapefruit and pine flavoring with just a hint of pepper. This brew has great head retention and a strong hop aroma.
A blend of red and white wheat, checked noble hops, orange zest and sweet orange Curacao finishes with a zesty coriander flavor, perfect with an orange slice on a hot summer day.
