Cullinan’s Revival

This Irish Red Ale has a reddish-amber hue that starts with a deep, malty backbone complimented by a subtle but noticible hop bitterness in the beginning. It finishes with sweet malt notes leading into a crisp, dry finish. This all-seasonal brew pairs with intense, flavorful foods (such as cajun or BBQ), or is perfect by itself. We know you will love every sip!

Culmination

Back for the cold weather season, this dark chocolate porter is a very rich, roasty beer with top notes of chocolate derived from freshly roasted cacao. Strong, but relatively smooth on the palate, a malty sweetness is balanced with bitterness and a slight dryness from the alcoholic strength. Look for notes of coffee, liquorice, mild chocolate and more subtle hints of fruit and spices.

We all have them in some form or another, but we’d like to add another to your collection—one that comes in 12 ounces. Curio is a tart ale full of intense citrus flavors that gives way to a lemonade and grapefruit finish. Spritzy and refreshing, this beer is perfect on a hot summer day.

Curiosity

This traditional spring farmhouse ale is bright and floral with Mt. Hood hops added heavily for flavor and aroma. Two toast levels of Munich malt give this Biere de Mars a beautiful orange tint, as well as a balanced maltiness just perfect for warmer, balmy Oregon spring weather. The wheat malt and German style ale yeast fermented at cool winter temperatures give this ale a smooth mouthfeel and crisp finish. We pursue the continual exploration of flavor, concept, and tradition by tributing the rover currently exploring Mars as we enjoy a brew on planet Earth. May it inspire you for the journey ahead!

Curiosity

Curiosity is made by aging our wildflower honey mead in barrels for 2 years, where wild funky yeasts went to work, now we can't tell you about where we obtained the barrels for fear that it would be misleading, but we wish we could, #ChangeTheGame. The finish is strong, providing balance to the sweet fruit flavor. Your patience will be awarded, as Fourteen’s complexity opens up as she warms...

Curiosity Twenty

As the Curiosity series moves from adolescence to adulthood, we went back to basics with this single hop Double IPA featuring Mosaic! The intent with Twenty was to capture the essence of Mosaic as purely as possible, thus a dead simple malt bill of just 2-row, light crystal, and dextrin malt bill was paired with a super neutral ale yeast yielding a perfectly complementary base upon which Mosaic can shine! We smell and taste orange find, mango, and a bit of berry punctuated by a lemon peel finish. Soft, dry and delicious - be warned, it drinks like a pale ale!

Curiosity Twenty Six

The 26th installment of our Curiosity Series is an American Pale Ale featuring primarily El Dorado with a splash of Citra hops! Curiosity 26 is built on a sturdy malt base of 2-row, carafoam, and medium crystal providing a deep orange hue and a solid backbone to a supremely hop saturated pale ale! The aroma is potent and citrusy, leading our palates to flavors of orange, mango, and a mixed bouquet tropical fruit. The finish dissolves in a soft mouthfeel and rounded pithy bitterness, vanishing quickly from the pallet and priming the next sip. A real crusher of a Curiosity, indeed!

Curious Cricket Cucumber Basil

The heat of summer begs for lighter beers to enjoy while the temperatures rise. Lighter refreshment does not require an absence of complexity and flavor in beers and our latest from Linsey’s Lab is an excellent example. The Kölsch-style ales popular in Germany’s summer work well in Colorado as well, however with this new beer, we attempt to expand the profile of our deliciously refreshing Kölsch-style ale working with subtle additions of cucumber to bring a bright freshness of flavor along with a hint of basil. The combination of these two seasonal ingredients – we waited until the cucumbers were ready here in Northern Colorado – creates a wonderfully crisp aroma combination. Light flavorful cucumber characteristics are complemented by the clear basil notes both present in the effervescent body of the beer. Overall a refreshing twist on the traditional Kölsch style that makes a wonderful summertime beer.

Curious IPA

Curious IPA is a powerfully hoppy India Pale Ale brewed using the finest pale ale malt and three complementary hops. We're winemakers and so apply the classic practise used by Champagne, Cotes du Rhone and Claret who blend three grape varieties to create balance and depth. We use traditional English Golding; the fresh, sweet, delicate king of English hops, Bramling Cross; a forest fruity beauty, and Chinook; the punchy, spicy yet aromatic hop.

Curmudgeon Old Ale

This Old Ale conjures up thoughts of classic sea fairing ports, there local pubs and the weathered fisherman that frequent them. In traditional style Curmudgeon is brewed with an intense focus on the malt bill creating a very strong, rich, malty characteristic and a sweetness indicative of its cousin the barleywine. We are especially proud of the balance in this beer making it deceptively smooth and drinkable at 9.3% alcohol by volume.
