Jet black in color with a tan head, medium to full bodied, deftly balanced, seamless dark roasted malt flavors with a smooth bitterness, lingering long finish. Available nationwide on 1-1-2010, Dirtoir Black Lager is the second in the limited availability Chatoe Rogue series. Dirtoir Black Lager and the brews to follow are all GYO Certified, First Growth, Appellation products made with hops and malt from our Department of Agriculture's Hopyard and Barley Bench.

A crisp, smooth ale for the masses. Carefully selected malts combined with Centennial and Cascade Hops come together to create our flagship beer.

This wonderfully crisp, clean Blonde Ale is for those who enjoy a great beer but just don’t want all the big malt or hop flavor. Brewed with American and British style malts, we added a touch of Crystal malt and our light blonde turned a shade dark. Still lightly hopped with that distinctive Cascade Hop, and fermented to have very little residual sugar, this ale is sure to be a favorite when you want that cold, cool one! A Blonde Ale that is just a bit naughty!

We made Dirty Blonde as our "Crossover" beer. It is meant to be a light ale that drinks easily and won't slow you down at all. Ultimately the beer is exactly what you want in a short term commitment, she's fun, flirtatious and she's not going to weigh you down. And best of all, she's got a bunch of great friends shes' going to introduce you to that you may want to get better acquainted with. On the other hand, you may find that you truly enjoy Dirty Blonde's easy going, devil-may-care attitude and find yourself in a long-term relationship. We think that's fine too. Backed with some sweetening malts to give her just a bit of body, lace and sweetness and some cascade hops so you know she can bite when necessary Dirty Blonde doesn't just follow the crowd, she stands out in one. A light ale brewed with lightly kilned malts to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer.

Our refreshing golden craft ale will quickly become a spring and Summer favorite. Crisp, smooth, light and refreshing with a handcrafted oat finish.

Our American style blonde ale tones down the bitterness while upping the malty smoothness with a small addition of crystal malt to give it a bit of color and smoothness. A crisp and easy drinking beer warm sunny day.

An American adaptation of a Northern English brown style, our nut brown ale features a deep mahogany color, rich malt character with toffee and chocolate barley malts combine to linger in a smooth finish.

The Dirty Hippie is a very cloudy and dirty wheat beer. Makes you want to say, “take a shower hippie”. With this beer, the hops punch you in the mouth. It is very aromatic and fruity with a nice bitter finish. Yes, hippies can drink this too.

Centennial Wet Hop

Dirty Little Freak Coconut Caramel Chocolate Brown Ale is medium-bodied, 6% abv and a feast for the senses from its dominant blend of warm roasted malt, coconut, caramel, and chocolate flavors and aromas, barely restrained by a gentle hop bite, to a tantalizingly satisfying finish.

Dirty Monkey is a chocolate infused Dunkelweisse. Dunkelweisse’s are basically dark hefeweisses but this one takes it up a notch. We add chocolate malt as well as roasted coco nibs to enhance the sweeter dark malt character and then ferment the beer hot so that the banana and clove notes from the German wheat beer yeast comes out strong.

Aged in Koval barrels for 6 months. “Dirty Sanchez” is aged with ancho chilies in the barrel adding a spicy kick and smokiness

This big stout can please even the most notorious of rulers. Conditioning on French chocolate oak and vanilla bourbon beans produces big notes of chocolate intertwined with subtle undertones of vanilla and bourbon.

This batch, which will be available in a nitrogenated and carbonated version, has subtle chocolate notes on the front and a hint of sweet coconut on the back, a slight roasted barley bitterness creates the perfect balance.

Cascadian Dark Ale. Soft roast, chocolate, pine, and citrus.
