Brewed in honor of our favorite post apocalyptic drama...ever. The base of this unique brew is an American Pale Stout, conditioned over Organic Cranberry. The kicker: smoked brains. No joke.

Darker and stronger than the Weisse Grip. This beer has darker German wheat and is also carmalized in the kettle blending that flavor with the banana & cloves from our Munich style yeast.

We spent years refining this recipe, making sure we had the most balanced and approachable IPA, restraining the bitterness to allow the floral hop nose, enhanced with a generous Citra dry hop, to take the lead. Just what our favorite Yorkie doctor ordered. A touch of UK roasted barley lends a surprising level of depth to this complex dry stout. Rich in flavor but not heavy in the belly.

The Mild style is an English workingman’s go-to beer. After a long day of manual labor, the pubs and public houses fill up with blokes, gents, and Dodgy Geezers looking to share stories and pints. Malts are the show here, featuring a wonderful rich, malty character with milk chocolate notes. At just 3.8% ABV, Dodgy Geezer may be light on alcohol but is anything but mild in flavor.

Dank resin galore with a heaping of sharp citrus for good measure.

Dog A is a 15.1% Imperial Stout brewed with copious amounts of dark malts, pure cacao and coffee, balanced by the subtle addition of naga chilli. Perfect for ageing in your cellar or drinking fresh if you are lucky enough to get your paws on a bottle.

The first batch of our blackberry saison is out for distribution - dog ate my homework, 7% alc/vol aprox 1lb of fruit per liter I really wanted to put as much blackberry into a beer as possible and see if we could keep it dry and drinkable in a full pint size pour. I used our saison extra as a base and added the blackberry juice in secondary fermentation. Why Blackberries? Blackberries have a wonderful sweetness that is not TOO sweet or full. They are rich in color and aroma and have a unique drying charcter that is felt across the whole pallet. I am not a fan of sweet beers, so it was important to me that this beer have lots of deep blackberry fruit and a deep respect for the saison's dry palate.

A lager with a hard bite shouldn’t be hard to drink. That’s why Dog Bite is brewed with select hops and malted barley for a well-balanced, mellow taste that’ll have high-gravity drinkers coming back again and again.

Brewed in the style of Dortmund, Germany, this golden lager has a delicate caramel malt character balanced by a light body and mild German noble hops, creating a crisp, refreshing finish.

Brilliantly refreshing, medium-light bodied session ale. This dry finishing beer features very subtle floral and fruit notes.

Belgian “White Beer”. A refreshing, elegant, tasty, moderate strength wheat-based ale. A fruity beer spiced with coriander and orange peel. Low hop bitterness as the bitter orange peel merges well with the wheat and coriander to produce a unique Belgian style of beer.

Barrel fermented and barrel aged with brettanomyces, this adaptation of our Scottish Ale takes flavor to the next step. Earthy, musty, fruity, this is one complex Dog!

Dog Patch is a hoppy American Style Pale Ale. Columbus and play an important role in this hop forward American style ale. The crystal malts give a subtle caramel flavor and balance the American hops without too much sweetness. Citrus and florally flavors infuse the ale and give you the sharp, and clean pungent taste. Dog Patch was brewed specifically for the Dog Patch Music Festival in Whalen, SK, to promote and increase awareness for the festival.
